Magnificent private & quiet area fenced and gated property, just built August 2022, few minutes walking steps to breathtaking beach, offering 3 full spacious bedrooms (one family room with extra sofa bed), 2 king and 1 queen size beds, 3 full big bathrooms with all necessities included (towels, shampoo etc.). Full kitchen, dining, kitchen bar, balconies, AC in living area, swimming pool and BBQ area with outdoor dining table, lounge sofa, parking lots, lively and colorful plants.

A bit of R&R in paradise

The property exceeded our expectations. Joseph the property maintenance person was extremely helpful and was there to help within minutes. Having your own private pool to relax at was great and amenities were excellent. Will definitely book again when in Turks.

Nice Property

We were a group of 5 guys coming to Provo to kiteboard, and chose this property for location to Long Bay Beach, as it is a quick walk to the beach carrying all our gear. The property itself is very nice and new, and spacious downstairs. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking “at home”. The refrigerator does NOT make ice (it had two trays to fill up). The furniture is comfortable. The sofa downstairs is NOT a sofa bed even though you get the impression it is. A futon is available in a room upstairs that we needed to use in place of a sofabed. The upstairs is nice with great bathrooms and showers. The outdoor balconies could use some furniture. All the air conditioners cool the place nicely. I believe this property is best suited for a family, not as good for a group like us, although we enjoyed the property overall. The upstairs queen bed is a room that you have to go through a king room to get to. It does NOT have a door into the shared bathroom, and it does NOT have an air conditioner (so you may need to leave the door to the king room open). Good for a kids room next to parents; not as private for old guys. Joseph the groundskeeper is very nice and responsive and helpful on arrival and departure, and to solve the few issues that we had. We never spoke directly w Marciano (property manager);only through the app. Again, the place is nice and new and convenient to the beach. We had a great stay and make note of the things above for others to consider

Amazing house and great location

We stayed with our family of 5 and had an amazing time. The house had everything we needed and more. It’s brand new, the yard and pool were great. A quick walk ( 2 minutes) to the beach. Joseph the property manager was so responsive and great. Highly recommend!
