If i could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. if I could attach pictures I would. I communicated with the host before check in that I would be arriving at 1pm into NOLA and asked if we could check in early he responded 2pm. That was perfect for our time schedule. We ended up showing up to the home at 245pm first thing was the door was UNLOCKED. We walk up a massive staircase to the home which had trash everywhere, broken floorboards, sheets with green mildew looking stains, glass in the sink, and utensils on the floor. I immediately called the host and there was no answer. the cleaner walked in about 20 minutes later and said the host told him that we were checking in at 4. I have proof of the preapproved 2pm early check in. the cleaner did not clean the house to the basic standards. we did not have extra sheets or towels for 8 people. The floors were not cleaned and he was rushed to clean since we were told we could check in early. I sent the host messages and he never responded until 19 hours later and all he said was that he could have the cleaner come clean again. WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS HOME. There are multiple homeless people across the street of this home that are constantly doing drugs and drinking. We drove up to the home with two people with needles in their arms. I sent the host multiple messages to which he never responded. we requested a partial refund and the host will not comply. I AM UNABLE TO FINISH MY REVIEW DUE TO THE CHARACTER LIMIT.
