Amazing stay

This stay was amazing! The ONLY thing that I would change would be a more in depth description of the driveway! It would’ve been nice to be prepared for that, small cars would not be able to go up or down without scraping

Fairly comfortable

Other than the fact that the beam in the living room looks unstable, the floor is heavily damaged due to a leaking dishwasher. The home was great!

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay among friendly neighbors. Close to attractions we really enjoyed! Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Had issues with getting hot water to the master shower, but just used other shower, so no big deal. Backyard was fenced, which we loved, but could use a bit of sprucing up. Would stay again if we were in the area!

Our stay was wonderful. There was plenty of supplies for the number of people we had. The only problem we had was with the LED lights; the batteries in the remotes were dead. Very nice neighborhood and highly recommend staying here!

Super Cute

House was exactly as described. Really cute house & very comfortable. Host Christie is a good communicator. She answered quick when I ask to check in just a little early. Which she allowed. Thank you Christie! This location is very close to Norris Dam which we did a little drive to see. Gorgeous! Also, The Appalachia Museum. Which we didn’t do because of time constraints. We will come back to explore the area more. Shopping is close for groceries as well.

Graduation and mini vacation.

This property was great!!! It is a little drive from Knoxville, but nothing terrible. The house was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. Water was very warm. Would definitely recommend this house.

So comfortable for a family get-together

The Yellow Brookstone Villa was the perfect home for our family Christmas celebration. The house itself is large, with a variety of spaces to be, a super kitchen, and comfortable beds in each room (even the sleeper sofa!) - and our host had it decorated for Christmas, and added surprise! She was easy to work with, and everything we needed was provided. We’ll remember this home for future stays!

Wonderful Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this property and would definitely come back. The location was fantastic and the house was present in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The host is amazing and was very accommodating. Overall, I reccomend staying at this house!

This was the nicest stocked rental we have ever had. Beautiful decor. Kitchen completely stocked with anything you need. Wonderful linens. Comfortable beds. Beautiful clean neighborhood. I would definately rent this place again. Great yard..

Clean and comfortable!

This home was a great central meeting location for some friends and me to connect. We came from Ohio, West Virginia, Alabama, and Kentucky. We enjoyed a day at the lake, and the home was clean—one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed at! The beds were comfortable (what a welcome surprise!), and we enjoyed dinner at the brewery one evening. We felt right at home!
