En av våra Sunriver semesterbostäder ligger på "ön", 1 Colonial Lane ligger främst precis mellan de 11: e och 12: e hålen på Meadows Golf Course. Hemmet har 5 master sviter (4 king master sviter och 1 våningssäng) och alla bekvämligheter som förväntas i ett välutrustat hem.
Detta vackra hem är paradis för en golfgrupp eller familjesemester. 1 Colonial har en kombination av perfekta gruppsamlingsutrymmen, inifrån och ut, och sedan utrymme att dra sig tillbaka till din egen privata svit.

1 Colonial ligger bara 3 minuters promenad till Sunriver Village och SHARC, med närhet till Sunriver cykelvägar.
Hemmet är två våningar. Köket, matplatsen, vardagsrummet och sviter med 3 kungar, plus ett badrum med full hall, ligger alla på huvudnivån. På övervåningen finns ytterligare två sovrum. Ett av sovrummen på övervåningen är en kungsvit och det andra är en våningssäng med 2 uppsättningar med två våningssängar och ett privat badrum.
Det bakre däck har utsikt över hemets gräsmatta. Njut av den fantastiska utsikten med en kopp kaffe, ett glas vin eller bara koppla av i den glittrande badtunnan.
1 Colonial har ett fullt utrustat kök med alla köksredskap som du behöver för att förbereda gruppens måltider.
Hemmet har ett bifogat garage för bekväm parkering och lossning på vintern eller sommaren. I garaget finns cyklar, perfekta för att utforska miles av asfalterade cykelvägar i hela Sunriver ..
En bärbar spjälsäng och bärbar barnstol finns i hemmet för familjer med små barn.

We had a great time! We had a few issues with the fireplace but our service person was so incredibly responsive and helpful and reached out to us multiple times to check-in which was so nice. The bikes were a little banged up and would love to see more seating in the living area considering how many the house sleeps. The beds and linens were great

Sun River home

Overall a nice home with recreational activities and the Village nearby. The bicycles provided were a nice feature. The house is comfy and large enough for a group. Any concerns were met quickly by property manager.

From start to finish Arrive was quick to respond, answering the telephone each time we called, first with questions prior to renting the property, then leaving the property. We loved the home with each bedroom having its own bathroom, and an additional bathroom, and the open concept with kitchen, dining and living/family room. Thank you Arrived for the wonderful stay!

Spacious and great location.

This place was perfect for a getaway reunion of old friends. The 5 bedroom and 6 baths were prefect for everyone to enjoy quiet time. And the great room and kitchen space was perfect for gathering, playing games and dining together. The hot tub and grill were perfect on the patio. Everything was clean and ready for us. We had a tiny heat issue as we arrived, but was resolved quickly with the Arrived crew.

Comfortable and well stocked

It's a lovely house and the kitchen is well stocked for the even the best of cooks. It has easy access to all of Sunriver sights. Being a group of 5 women in their 70's, our only reservation has to do with some hills between the house and our favorite bike trails. No issue for younger folks!

Family tradition, great layout

We have stayed here multiple times over the years with our extended family. We love the location by the village, the big living room/dining area with high ceilings and the five bedrooms with bathrooms. The price point is one of the lowest I've found for a great location and high bedroom/bath count. The house definitely needs updating; but this year, the stove was fixed and the beds are now topped with sheets, instead of old bed spreads. I would bring a big blanket next time to keep me warm in the back bedroom. It was freezing, and the blue blanket in the closet didn't cut it. Meantime, the master and bunk room on the other side of the house were hot. If you want something close, convenient and not over-priced, check it out! Forgot to mention, TVs in bedroom by hot tub and the back room didn't work.

Dirty and Unsafe

We didn’t expect the home to be perfect, only clean, safe and in good working order. No one in our group had ever experienced a rental that was this dirty and unsafe: black soot and dirt on the floors; carpet stains were old and recent and appeared to be from food, pets, and illness; bedroom where toddler slept had glass shower door stored under the bed and medication left in drawer; smoke from the oven when it was turned on; grill was caked in grime and grease; liquid, dirt, and food in and around kitchen table, cabinets and appliances; black and pink mold on shower heads. The property manager’s offers to remediate the situation were appreciated, but all the cleaning and safety checks needed to be completed prior to our arrival. What’s puzzling is that the review in April was positive; we wished we could have stayed in the same conditions. We understand that the home will be getting a deep clean following our stay, and if it can be brought to a minimum standard of clean and safe and good working order, it’s in a lovely quiet location within walking distance of the Village.

Not as Advertised

Fireplace and Hot Tub broke after the first night. Management Company Arrived ended up letting us out of the contract after 3 of a 7 night stay. Refunded us for the nightly rate but none of the fees etc.... We spent two days trying to get the fireplace and hot tub repaired but couldn't trust that it would be repaired on Day 4.There was a used diaper balled up under the head board of one of the beds in the master bedroom upstairs. Half the blinds did not work and the furniture and fixtures are worn and need to be replace. Heating system is sub par as well. Owners need o put some money into the place.

We needed a property with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. My mother uses a walker and can’t do stairs and our granddaughter is 18 mos old! This home was perfect for everyone!! We had a blast!! Hope to rent it again in the near future! Thank you!

Beautiful home

We stayed with immediate family and friends. Certainly way more room than we needed but our son loved the option of 6 different bunk beds. Lovely kitchen and bbq area and great sitting room with large tv.
