Taking reservations for 2024 season! Need a vacation! Beautiful Executive Custom Home totally remodeled inside and outside. A true resort atmosphere. Pebble Tec salt pool with waterfall, suntanning area, sitting areas, and raised fire pit. Built-in bar-be-cue and an entertainers dream with all the built-in seating and bars. Superb Contractor Amenities & Upgrades! Volume Ceilings Bring Splashes of light thru out this very open floor plan! The kitchen opens to the family room with an entertainer's wet bar & all overlooks the very private back yard! Lots of areas for intimate seating arrangements. A Don't Miss! Make sure to see this home at night the lighting is spectacular... This home is located In The Prime Canyon Cove Area of South Palm Desert And Is Just Minutes To El Paseo Shopping & Restaurants.

It is important to us for your stay at our home to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. This home is situated in a residential community where it is essential to respect our neighbors. No loud outside noise is permitted after 10pm. $1000-$5000 fines will be levied by the desert cities for breaches of any Ordinances. We ask our renters to be considerate of the property and to the neighbors.

UTILITIES & POOL HEATING: A separate $3500 monthly Utilities & Pool/Spa Deposit is required via credit card, Zelle paid directly to the owner per the Guest Agreement. Any unused balance of the Utility & Pool Heating Deposit is refunded back to the guest.

DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation, with the deposit being refundable up to 60-days prior to guest arrival date.

HOUSE AGREEMENT: House rental agreement must be signed to complete the reservation and gain access to the home. Owner will send agreement for digital signature. By placing a reservation you are accepting the terms and conditions of our house agreement posted on the VRBO website.
