Four Frio Sisters är ett charmigt nytt hus inbäddat på en sluttning i hjärtat av det vackra Texas Hill Country. Du kan njuta av den fantastiska utsikten och solnedgångarna på miljoner dollar från en gunga på verandan eller njuta av en omgång domino med vänner på den täckta verandan. Rostning marshmallows i eldstaden, koppla av runt utomhuspeisen, spela Bocce, croquet, grilla biffar eller sitta på en bänk och titta på djurlivet och dagdrömma är bara några av de utomhusaktiviteter som finns tillgängliga. För de unga och unga hjärta kan vuxna gärna njuta av vår vattentäta. I slutet av dagen kan du duscha under stjärnorna i vår privata utomhusdusch.

Väl inne i huset kan du njuta av alla bekvämligheter i hemmet med en Texas-land charm. Det finns gott om utrymme att underhålla runt vår vedeldade eldstad och stora öppna loft. Köket är fullt utrustat med redskap, servis och köksredskap. Det finns böcker att läsa och kikare att använda för att titta på vilda djur och fåglar i Frio Canyon. Öppna fönstren på natten för att njuta av den svala friska luften och ljudet från den omgivande landsbygden.

Fyra Frio-systrar ligger bara några minuters bilresa till floden Frio, Garner State Park och Leakey, TX. The Three Sisters Drive är också bara några minuter bort med Lost Maples State Natural Area bara 25 mil längs vägen.

Det finns året runt aktiviteter i Frio Canyon-området, från slang / kajakpaddling på Frio på sommaren, njuta av höstens lövverk på hösten, vandra / jaga på vintern och titta på blommor på våren. Fågelskådningen är fantastisk året runt. World Class Golf finns på Concan Country Club. Glöm inte sommartidarna på Garner! Tillverkad i Texas!

Quiet Country Getaway

Stayed with a friend for a quick motorcycle trip weekend. Comfortable bed and great location for the Twisted Sisters. Enjoyed the hammock and outdoor fire pit.

Wonderful cabin in a beautiful area!

This was a perfect place to stay for our weekend touring the area. The cabin is homey and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great — just a few minutes away from Garner State Park and less than a hour away from Lost Maples. We had a wonderful weekend and would recommend this cabin to anyone!

This is the spot if you want peace and quiet. Quaint and cozy, loved the shady trees and the homey atmosphere. The hammock was used the entire stay it was perfect to relax while enjoying the nice cool breeze. Coming from a big city I can not tell you how much I just enjoyed the sounds of nature, bunnies hopping around and cardinals galore. The bird feeder brought in so many beautiful birds. The outdoor shower was a nice bonus to cool off in this Texas heat. The view from the back yard and porch were breathtaking.Only minutes away from Garner, I'll be venturing back soon!

Perfect weekend getaway!

First time bringing our four children. They had a blast! Swam in the river then back to the house to swing, climb trees and run and play. BBQ & S'mores at night with star gazing. The house and property were perfect for our needs. Wonderful trip! Can't wait to come back again!

What we expected

Overall the cabin was what we expected. Having no linens and no cleaning service was somewhat strange, but the heat worked well and the proximity to Garner and Lost Maples was great.

Had a great time in spite of the river fooding the house was very comfortable. We have been vacationing in the area for many years and found it a great location. Coffee on the porch was my favorite.

Mommy get away

Every summer we get together at this cabin for our mommy get away. Diane is so easy to work with a communicates very well. The cabin is perfect and love that its tucked away from other houses

Good but not great

This place is definitely more for a large group with children I would say. I didn’t care for the bring your own towels and linens and I felt things like salt, pepper and even a lighter should have been provided. The outdoor furniture was not in good shape at all and the cook ware was not great either. I feel like this place could use some TLC but it’s also probably best in the summer. We had no issues with the host of course.

Best family vacation!

It was a very nice and cozy property with great amenities. It was fun from when we arrived until we left. I cannot wait to come back because of how beautiful the scenery is. Although it was hot when we were there, the shade the trees provide definitely kept us very cool and made hanging outside tolerable.

Frio Fun

Our family celebrated Father’s Day weekend at the Four Frio Sisters Cabin! We had the MOST amazing time, napping in the hammock, s’mores by the fire, campfire songs, and swimming in the Frio River! The location is perfect to get to Garner State Park. The cabin is roomy and adorable. The pictures do NOT do it justice! We can’t wait to come back!

Diane and Farley grew up in Corpus Christi, TX and continue to call it home. The 'Four Sisters' are our daughters, now ranging in age from 35 to 26. They were very excited when we decided to name our dream vacation home after them. We have been visiting the Frio River for as long as we can remember and decided to buy property and build our dream a few years ago. Four Frio Sisters is a home we built with our own hands and the help of many friends and family members. What a task and experience it was! We are so proud of our place in the country. We have already built life long memories with our family and friends. We are pleased that we get to share it with our guests. We know that those who visit us will be refreshed and leave with unforgettable memories. We stand amazed at the multitude of blessings God has heaped upon our family and give all thanks to Him for his grace and mercy.

When driving through the Texas Hill Country we often think 'this can't be south Texas'. What a beautiful and wonderful part of the state. The Frio River is so majestic and soothing to the soul. It is also a great place to frolic and play for all ages. There is nothing like opening the windows at night to feel the fresh air and hear the sounds of the country. Leakey is the perfect getaway from the city. It is 100% Small Town America!
