Great location, super easy booking

Perfect spot on the beach. Condo is close to Bridge St, grocery store. Could use an update, but living room furniture is very uncomfortable .

The kitchen had plenty of dish ware and I didn’t find myself needing anything that wasn’t stocked. If I could recommend anything it would be to have a few more beach and shower towels.Other than that, it was great!! ♥️

Staying for a week at a very expensive condo should warrant more than 2 rolls of toilet paper , no soap, no salt and pepper/ 1 roll of paper towels , no coffee filters

Wonderful Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The blinds in the main room by the beach had issues. While the issue was manageable and known by the maintenance team nothing was done nor any discounts offered. For the price of this property there should be no issues related to the units number one draw.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best views I've found on the island! The unit was very clean and comfortable. I can't wait to go back in June. The rental company checked on us to ensure there were no issues or questions. I may have missed it somewhere in the instructions, but the door doesn't automatically lock when you exit - you need to use the code to lock the door. No issue for us but want to make others aware. Loved our stay and rebooked while we were there. Thanks for a great vacation!

Rented this property because of two bedrooms and two baths, but the one bathroom didn’t have a door

Would stay again if there was a bathroom door on the shower , and the bathroom sink wasn’t clogged! Also the sliding door going on to the balcony was extremely hard to open ! Maybe some WD 40 just an suggestion! Also the plug in the main bathroom didn’t work

Except for picking up a few dead palmetto bugs, it was very clean.(at least they were dead). Our only "complaint" was that it had no elevator. Had we known that we might not have chosen that unit. We loved the view of the beach. The folks at Island Vacation Properties couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They made the process of renting seamless!!! Imagine our surprise when we found the gift card to The Waterfront! That was so kind of them. Thanks you so much again. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Fantastic view and beach access!

This was our first trip to AMI and we really loved the beach here! The location of this condo was excellent! Best view and beach access we’ve ever had. The condo was very clean on arrival. The kitchen lacks a few amenities if you plan on cooking much and the washer and dryer are very nice, but very small. Wi-Fi worked perfectly and there were four beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. The guest bathroom seemed to be missing a shower door? We literally had to purchase a shower curtain to keep the water in the shower. Beware if you recline the couch ends, they are extremely hard to put back down. The pool was nice and never crowded. Parking was very convenient and just be aware there is no elevator on the property that we saw. I could see an elderly couple having some trouble with this. All in all, a great place and had a great week. Will definitely be back.

Great - right on the beach

This was a great place to stay, you walk out of the condo go down the stairs and you were on the beach. As well, we were there early March so there were a couple windy days, and the pool was sunny the entire time, but also had a short wall around it to protect you from the wind. Would highly recommend.

Family Stay

Had just a few problems but could live without them, such as the keyless entry would work at arrival, but once inside after key delivery, discovered it was because the internet had “died” in that unit. That was our major inconvenience because my sister was trying to work from there. The last day we were there, the new equipment was finally working.

Very disappointed

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very outdated, no elevator, I had to purchase beach chairs bc the ones in the room were for children, umbrella provided was broken, 4 towels, so laundry had to be done every evening, the kitchen drawers, toaster, and everything was dirty so we purchased paper plates, cups and utensils. The lock on the room didn’t always work. Couch was broken and light bulbs burnt out everywhere.. For the price I expected WAY more. We will not be returning.
