This beautiful 20 guest capacity home is located at the Sonoma Resort in Orlando, next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub.

Just wait until you see the back deck at this 10-bedroom mansion! The screened-in patio has added privacy panels, so you have a extra privacy from your rear neighbours. Enjoy a dip in the sparkling private swimming pool, or soak away your cares in the spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. Relax and stretch out in one of the sun lounger chairs as you sip a drink poolside. After your swim, why not have a BBQ lunch cooked right off your private grill? You can enjoy it from your covered patio dining area, which has enough space for 6 people.

Moving inside, you'll love the spacious open concept floor plan. Two large modular sofas wrap around the living room to face the smart TV. Fully equipped with high speed internet access, you can catch. up on all your favorite shows. Just behind the sofas, is the enormous 12 person capacity dining table. There's additional dining space for 3 more people at the kitchen island bar. And speaking of the kitchen, did we mention it's newly renovated? You'll love the stainless steel appliances! There's two full sized fridge/freezer combo units to keep everyone's favourite snacks handy, and we've got two large capacity dishwashers to handle the cleanup!

The ground level of the home offers a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom and a room with two twin beds. All the other bedrooms are located upstairs. Where you'll also find another TV lounge, and air hockey table. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and comfortable bedding, and many have en suite bathrooms. The home can host up to 20 guests at a time, it's perfect for large families or groups of smaller families. It's even pet-friendly, so your fur babies can come along too!

• The garage and driveway is available for parking and can fit 5 to 6 cars with proper rearranging. Please be advised that heavy‑duty trucks or vehicles are not permitted to park within the community.

•Please be advised that the pool and hot tub heating service is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us if you have any questions
•Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We're happy to deliver:
→ a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
→ a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
