Welcome to Woodrow Lake House. The house is available for family vacations retreat. You can relax and enjoy a beautiful day of fishing, kayaking and swimming with your family in the comfort of your backyard. This beautiful Lakehouse has a spacious patio and picturesque view of the lake; perfect for relaxing, drinking a cup of coffee/tea/wine, and watching the sunrise over the lake. Let the little ones run wild in the 1/2-acre backyard. The private, fully enclosed play area and playset also provide plenty of space for children to play.

Our Lakehouse has a calming effect. From the moment you walk inside, the breathtaking view of the lake will imbue you with serenity. The spectacular view of the lake can be seen from the kitchen, Livingroom, Master-bedroom and Master-bathroom. The furniture, inside and outside the house is new. There is a Game Room with a pub table where you can enjoy a drink or host card and board games. For the competitively inclined, there is a fuzzball table. Enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your bed in the Master- bedroom.

The expansive deck that overlooks the lake is furnished with luxurious patio furniture, and a cast aluminum iron table that seats up to 8 people. The gorgeous fire pit will keep you warm, while the new Electric Traeger Grill will keep you fed.
The house is recently renovated as of 2022. The house is equipped with special electronic plugs that repel all types of insects and rotans. For safety we have installed one camera in the front of house that oversees the driveway.

The Lakehouse is located in downtown Littel Elm, it is in proximity with Frisco, McKinney, and Prosper (all within a 15 min drive). Very nearby accommodations include a marina, public beach, water ski park (walking distance), indoor aquatic center (2 min drive, across the street), golf courses, and various gourmet restaurants like Hula Hut (walking distance). If you own a boat or a jet ski, there is a boat ramp located at 1101 W. Eldorado Parkway, Little Elm, TX 75068. The boat ramp is 5 min away from the house and costs $10 per day.

This house was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very lovely

Met our expectations in many ways. The kids specificlly loved the freedom and toys. Little Elm has a lot to offer for famlies and this house was no exception. So good job Cristina, its a well taken care of home. Would have liked enough comfortable seatingin the living room but we made due! Also may consider putting a weight limit onthe hot tub to help prevent any issues. Either way thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect Lakefront Getaway!

This property exceeded our expectations! The house was spotless, the check-in process was seamless, and every detail was exactly as described online. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking. We especially enjoyed how peaceful the neighborhood was. Communication with our property manager, Cristina, was prompt and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore nearby Frisco and Dallas, this location is ideal. Christmas Family gathering

We met our young adult kids here as our home base for the Christmas holiday. House was the perfect setup with an awesome outdoor space (just like the pics). We had plenty of room to spread out and space to play games and just be together. Cristina was super welcoming and communicative both via text and in person. My wife and I now live in Utah with all 3 kids in Texas, this house will be first call for me for future gathering.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Christine is the best host any renter could ask for. Excellent communication throughout our stay. Loved watching the sun rise over the calm blue lake from the comfort of a soft and cozy king size bed. Spacious patio, kayak and games provided comfort and entertainment for my party of 6. This lakefront property was perfect for our fishing trip. Close to stores and fine dining. 40 minutes from Winstar casino. We look forward to returning next year.

Great time

The property was excellent. Beautiful lake view, the house was spacious and had so many nice features -- game room, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, fantastic master bedroom. The large picture windows in the den and bedroom opened to a wonderful view of the lake. The patio area was huge and had so many nice things, including hot tub, tables for eating, large area with big cushioned chairs for sitting, relaxing, and enjoying the view. There were kayaks to use. Easy access to the lake for water fun. The playground area was in need of cleaning and repair, so we didn't use that. But, everything else was really nice. The hostess was very nice and easy to work with. Wonderful time. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great time - Great house

We have stayed in a few places in the little elm/lewisville lake area. Husband says this is by far his favorite. House is very clean, and has a nice large family room/kitchen space. Location is the best. Just minutes to the Cove water park, tinman social arcade/bowling, restaurants and shopping. Cristina/prop mgr provided all info promptly and clearly. Would definitely stay again!

Un…believable!!!

Where do I start? First of all, the host ( Christina ) was very kind and let us check in early and check out late. Brought the family, Seven adults and six grandkids. The whole family was blown away as soon as we entered the house. The views of the lake from the large windows in the living room and the master bedroom are indescribable. It was a very private area tucked into a cove with calm waters yet we were just right down the road from many restaurants and the beach park. I was able to leave my boat in the water behind the house the whole time. The kids were able to swim in the lake and they lived in the hot tub lol. At night, we all set around the fire pit and the mosquitoes were not even bad. They have tiki torches, but we never had to light them. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the house for all 13 of us. I usually go to Florida every year but I have to say this a better experience because I was able to bring more of the family than I could have in Florida because I’m not willing to drive that far lol and I saved a ton of money. We had everything we needed to cook with, beach towels, etc. We will be back at least one more time this summer. Thanks for the memories, Christina!

Perfect Family Getaway!

One of the best places we have stayed! Right on the lake and in a quiet area that is walking distance to great restaurants and activities. The hosts were super responsive and communicated with us throughout the stay. Kayaks, fishing supplies, and a new grill/smoker are just a few of the highlights that we enjoyed. Fully equipped and well appointed kitchen allowed us to make one trip to the nearby HEB for all the food we needed for the weekend and the back patio was the perfect place to enjoy every meal. The four bedroom, three bathroom (two en suite) setup was perfect for our extended family to feel comfortable. This home is well taken care of and the hosts go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. We will be back and highly recommend.

Great spot to gather with family

Fabulous outdoor space! Plenty of room for fun on the back lawn. 2 kayaks! Propane firepit. Nice indoor space too with big windows/ great view of the lake. The primary suite is lovely with a great view of the sunrise. We had so much fun!!!

Beautiful Lakeside home

I rented the home to house my family for my wedding. It comfortably slept 7 adults and 4 kids. The house was clean and as described. The host was great, very accommodating to my needs for the occasion and when there was a problem she was very responsive and quick to make things right. She was a joy to work with and I would highly recommended this location.

I am originally from Romania. I came in USA with work. I was planning to go back to Romania, but I met my husband and all my plans changed. My husband is half germen half American, and he was born in Boston. We live in Frisco, Tx since 2008. We absolutely love this area, and we are happy to be part of Frisco community.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My husband and I, used to rent lake houses nearby all the time, for us was the perfect getaway. We realized that being near water is very relaxing. We used to just seat on the deck, near water, for hours. Somehow water had a calming effect on us, all the worries would go away. Therefore, we had decided to buy a property on the lake. It took us 10 years to find the right house with the perfect view and perfect location. When this house was listed, I only took one look outdoors at the lakeview and I told my husband we are buying the house. My husband was laughing, and he said, " but you did not even take a look to see the inside of the house yet". I did not have to see the inside the house to decide, I knew it right away from the moment I walked outside in the backyard, that this is the house of our dreams. We love this house, and our plans is to retire here. As you can see from the picture our friends and family love the house as well :). Our daughter is eight-year-old, and she attends at Frisco ISD elementary school, and we don't want to move her away from the school. We moved to Frisco specifically for the school system. Therefore, we had decided to rent our lakefront property until she graduates. Our hope is that our guests will enjoy staying here as much as we do.

The house is located in downtown Littel Elm, 15-20 min away from Frisco, McKinney, Plano and Prosper. So many entertainment places very nearby like: The Cove, Frisco Legacy, The Star, Grandescape, and many more.
