Lakefront Estate on Lake George within walking distance to village

Located right on Lake George, Millbrook Manor Estate is the family estate that will have you talking about it for years to come. This estate is arguably the largest vacation rental on all of Lake George. This estate consists of five individual homes, fourteen bedrooms, ten full bathrooms, 1 loft, sleeping 30. There are 11 queen beds, 3 king beds, 1 full beds, 1 murphy bed and 1 bunk bed.

Located on the property is a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs while making memories at the lake. To experience all the lake has to offer, there is a private beach. There is a park that sits directly behind the estate consisting of jungle gyms, slides, basketball, and tennis courts. Ushers Park Beach is located right next door.



There are two dock slips available on the estate. If you need a dock slip you need to reserve it with your booking. If all dock slips are taken, you can contact Halls Marina for dock space at an additional cost, they are located right next door. This home is pet-friendly, however, dogs need to be hypoallergenic, under 20 pounds and non-shedding. Pre Approval is needed for you to bring along your four-legged friend, for a fee. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.

House One (Sunset View at Millbrook):

Located directly on Lake George, Sunset View is the perfect house to catch the sun glistening on the lake. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a view from every window in this house, it can comfortably sleep 6. Sunset View has central air and heat.



This waterfront home features a sun deck with dining tables, a large sofa, a fire pit, and chaise lounges. The main floor features a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with an oven, gas stove, a built-in ironing board, and a sub-zero refrigerator, this kitchen is every chef’s dream.


The master suite is where you will wake up every morning to spectacular views in the king bed, looking at the lake. The fully custom master suite includes a walk-in closet that flows into the bath with double vanities, a washer and dryer, and a walk-in shower.

The lower floor is equipped with two queen bedrooms with one featuring an ensuite bathroom. Also on the lower level is a second bathroom. Take in the beautiful views of Lake George while playing a game of pool or enjoying the outdoor hot tub. Just off the lower level is a patio that features comfortable seating for both dining and relaxing.


House Two (Sunset Cottage at Millbrook):

Sunset Cottage has beautiful lakefront views. The Cottage sleeps 6-8 has two private queen bedrooms, a loft system that sleeps up to four people and one bathroom.

Enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks at the private beach area or on the covered porch which includes seating and a small outdoor dining area. This home has central heating and air conditioning.



House Three (Sunset Escape at Millbrook):

The largest house on the property, Sunset Escape is three stories with spectacular views of the lake. This home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 10 people. Sunset Escape features dual central heating and air conditioning as well as a washer and dryer.


The top floor features two master ensuite bedrooms, featuring one a king bed and the other a queen. Both suites feature adjustable beds and spectacular views.



The main floor is an open concept with a large living room, TV, kitchen and dining area with more amazing views. Also on the main floor is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bath with standup shower.



The lower level has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a twin over full bunk bed. Take a step outside the sliding glass doors and enjoy the view and lake breeze!



House Four (Sunrise Nook at Millbrook):

This cozy lakeview house features two queen bedrooms and one bathroom, sleeping a maximum of 4. Perfect for a small family or couples getaway!



The bathroom has a four-foot walk-in shower and a double vanity. Attached to this house is a large deck with furniture to enjoy everything the lake has to offer while spending time with your family and friends.


House Five (Sunrise Haven at Millbrook):

Sunrise Haven has two bedrooms, one private king, one private queen, one bathroom featuring two vanities and a walk in shower. A Murphy bed is available in the living room for additional sleeping space.

The Haven has vaulted ceilings and an adjoining deck with beautiful lake views. This home has central heating and air conditioning.

*Sunset Cottage and Sunrise Haven are closed from November to mid-April (The estate can sleep 20 during these five months)*

Mid-June through September only full estate rentals are accepted with a one week minimum booking requirement.
