The soothing coastal decor inside, with its soft neutrals and pops of ocean blues, creates the ideal backdrop for unwinding after a day at the beach. The open-concept design keeps everyone connected, whether you're cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, dining at the table or bar, or kicking back to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Sleep peacefully in the king bed with a private en suite, while the kids enjoy their own space with twin-over-twin bunks in the cozy nook. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Shores of Panama is a tropical oasis, featuring North Florida's largest lagoon-style pool, a beachside hot tub, indoor pool, and poolside grill and bar. Due to exterior building renovations, the balcony for this unit may be temporarily closed to be accessed for exterior wall construction from October through February. During this time, you may experience noise or minor disruptions. Please note that construction will pause from April 2026 through September 2026 and will resume in September 2026.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

*All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days prior to check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee ranges from $65–$115, depending on unit occupancy. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies based on occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests prior to arrival via an email titled "Shores of Panama Guest Registration Link." Please check in at the Shores of Panama front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, this fee is subject to change, as it is set by the onsite HOA*

Enjoy all your favorites for Breakfast, Lunch, and even those late-night cravings by the pool, or at the bar, or take to your room from the onsite Shores Grill and Bar. You can't forget to have a refreshing cocktail with our new enhanced beverage (alcohol) experience with top-shelf liquors. A true all-in-one resort-style experience.

Cruiser Bikes are now available for day rentals!
You will see their kiosk set up in the portico on the West side.
Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6 pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to bicycles and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. A helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, and ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.
