Welcome to our Cheerful, Cozy Gem! Our property is centrally located in the Redlands community, one of the most spectacular areas of Grand Junction. We have done a complete renovation with new floors, paint, countertops, trim, and more. Plus, all the furnishings are brand new! You will enjoy new furniture, bedding, kitchenware—all with a fun skiing theme.

Now, returning guests enjoy a 10% discount. Some restrictions apply. See the bottom of this description for details.
The space
We offer a cozy open-space layout, three bedrooms and two baths (including a master suite), full kitchen, dining room, patio area, backyard—and even a private workspace area in case you have to do some work.

You also have plenty of parking!. This is the perfect spot if you're planning to bring recreational vehicles! There is parking for those right at the back of the property.

Guest access
We're close to absolutely everything! You can enjoy hiking, cycling, mountain biking, skiing, golf, water activities, wine tasting, dining, shopping, and more (make sure you see all the artwork on Main Street!). Best of all, we're only six miles from the Colorado National Monument. With immediate access to major freeways and roads, you will have all you need for a spectacular getaway at your fingertips.

Other things to note
Our goal is to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The master suite opens up to a private deck with a hanging swing. One of the other bedrooms opens up to a private side patio. All beds have Beautyrest Lively mattresses by Simmons Beautyrest and hypoallergenic bedding. Plus, the couch in the family room unfolds to another Queen bed.

We include toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, lotion, makeup remover, hand sanitizer, and hair dryers. And you will find a surprise box with "just in case you forgot" additional toiletries.

The living area has a smart 70" TV set up with Netflix and Hulu. We also have books and board games for your use.

Enjoy a cup of Starbucks from the Keurig coffee maker in our fully furnished kitchen. You have a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, blender, waffle iron, hand mixer, electric hot water kettle, toaster, chopper, and plenty of utensils, cookware, dining ware, and glassware to make a wonderful meal.

Returning Guest Discount
10% discount for returning guests. Must be at least two weeks between visits. This offer can be used at any time for any reservation of 3 nights or longer after the first stay. Reserve your subsequent visit through normal booking methods, mention that you are a returning guest and we will adjust your reservation for the discount. The discount applies to booking charges only (including the cleaning fee). This discount is not in addition to discounts for weekly stays. This program may be terminated at any time at our sole discretion.
