Our large home is the perfect vacation getaway located in a new development with a seasonal clubhouse and outdoor pool. This elegant home is centrally located to both downtown Lewes (slower pace with a seaport town feel) and downtown Rehoboth (classic beach town with boardwalk) and its beaches which are less than 15 mins away. Come explore the local beaches, nature preserves and trails. Or enjoy the local breweries, restaurants, outlets and other fun activities nearby!

Our family friendly home is spacious and has multiple spaces loaded with amenities for all to enjoy! Cook/bake together in a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with large island, watch movies on a smart TV, hangout and play games in the loft, lounge in the cozy sitting area with a book and a drink, get in a yoga workout on the screened porch, catch up on some work in the den, or compete in a game of cornhole outside!

After a long day out, escape to an ultimate carefree retreat. Our beach house is waiting to welcome you on your next vacation!

First Floor:
-Den is furnished with a work area and a twin size futon

-Master Bedroom 1 includes a King size bed and Full Bathroom with shower

-Loft with 65” smart TV, mini foosball/pool/hockey/ping pong combo table, video game system and board games
-Master Bedroom 2 includes 3 twin xl beds, a twin trundle and Full Bathroom with bathtub
-Bedroom 3 includes 2 twin xl beds
-Bedroom 4 includes a Queen size bed
-Bedroom 5 includes a Queen size bed
-1 Full Hall Bathroom with bathtub

-Garage/driveway allows parking for up to 4 vehicles (no street parking; extra parking spaces in the public lot)
-Level 2 EV charging station
-Miscellaneous spring equipment (dart board with soft tip darts, football, volleyball, soccer ball, nerf basketball, golf game)
-Beach and sporting equipment (boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, fishing poles, cooler)

Outside:

Things to Know:
-No pets and no smoking
-High speed Wifi available throughout the home
-Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental; however, beds are not made in advance of guest stays
-No parties or events
-Must be 25 and will require a rental agreement and copy of an ID to stay
-Doorbell camera at the front door for security purposes and it is not pointed at any private locations on the property. The camera faces the entry to the house and is motion activated 24/7. It records both audio and video.

Things to Note:
Arbor-Lyn is a new community and there will likely be some construction taking place nearby but not immediately around the home
