This place rocks! It's the perfect get-away on the west side of Colorado Springs. Beautiful views of Pike's Peak. Enjoy your favorite music from the blue-tooth ceiling speakers on the covered patio while sipping coffee or your favorite beverage. Or if the night gets chilly move over to the fire pit!

West side neighborhood with large beautiful trees. Private fenced backyard. Park in driveway or street. Easy access to I-25 and Hwy 24. Enjoy the charm of Old Colorado City 1 mile away. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

You're close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, Manitou Incline, Manitou Springs, Olympic Training Center, Charis Bible College, downtown, Air Force Academy. Very close to the Highway 24 pass which takes you up to many exciting adventures & memories that the Rocky Mountains offer ... you'll have all that you need.

Everything you can need!

Great property! Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for the 8 of us. The hosts were helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay in this house again!

The home is so beautiful. One of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in! Well Stocked, so comfortable! Perfect location. Great communication with owners. Couldn’t ask for a better home to enjoy our time in CO Springs.

Great Vacation Home Away From Home

There were 3 families staying here and we all had enough room to be comfortable. This location and wonderful and the communication with the hosts was fantastic! 10/10 recommend! The house was very clean.

Perfect Stay for Parents Weekend

Came out for USAFA Parents Weekend. The house is about 20 minutes from the North gate. We really enjoyed our stay due to its location, which is very close to Garden of the Gods. The kitchen had everything from spices to cookware and the home was beautifully decorated. Would return in a heartbeat and would also recommend to friends. Hope to stay here again soon.

Family Trip

It was a nice property that was conveniently located. It rained several days so we didn't get to use the BBQ or fire pit. We mostly packed sandwiches and explored the area. Pike's Peak was a real adventure. We also did a jeep tour and hiking in Garden of the Gods.

Best place for a family reunion

The house was incredible, roomy, had so many amenities, kitchen items, piano, many bedrooms, beautiful big backyard, games, huge grill, comfortable beds. You can easily fit a bit group in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy. The owners are great. You can tell they put love into this home. SO grateful we got to stay there. Everyone had a fantastic time!

Family and friends Pike Peak Trek

Stayed with family and friends in this home. Space was very accommodating for three families and with kids 4-7years. Backyard was great and really appreciated the views of Pikes Peak especially since the intention of our trip was to hike and summit, which we did! Kitchen had what we needed for a few home cooked meals. Space was well utilized and a great fit for the week!

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs. We were here for a family wedding. Being able to stay in this house worked out much better than we thought. For one, the house was so comfortable to stay in. Plenty of room to move around or to find your own space. And we found the kitchen table was plenty comfortable for all people. And do take some time to enjoy the back patio. We will be back again and would love to stay at the house again. Thank you again

Very well appointed

The house was very well appointed--someone did a great job of making it homey and elegant. The renter instructions could use some updating and more specificity, but the owner was prompt in getting back to us when we had problems. Once we figured out all the electronic situations, it was great.
