Plenty of space for our family of 10. The home has three floors, and the kids loved the play area and games. The fire pit and game areas were excellent. The location is fabulous, with easy access to Colorado Springs attractions. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

Perfect stay for our family while in town for our son's wedding! All seven of us were very comfortable thanks to the great three-level floorplan. The patio and mountain views were highlights, and the location was convenient to shops and restaurants. The host communicated well throughout, and everything was as described. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home, in a great neighborhood. The set up in this home was perfect for our family of three adults and 2 toddlers. There was plenty of room for several more guests and would still be very comfortable.Dave was quick to respond to every message I left him.

We loved the house & location! The only negatives were the creaks in the house…that’s it! The house is very nice and in a perfect location for views & accessibility to sights. We really enjoyed the property (and the yard bunnies!!)
