The property was very clean upon arrival! The pool and hot tub were used frequently and they were great! Everyone said that their beds were comfortable. There is everything you need in the kitchen for meals. There is plenty of parking for large groups. The beach was only 8 minutes away along with plenty of restaurants. We had a great time and will definitely consider this property in the future!

Beautiful house and pool area! Perfect for a relaxing vacay!

We had 9 women stay here and it was a wonderful vacation with plenty of room and we loved the pool and hot tub area! I would recommend upgrading a few of the mattresses and maybe adding more fans people can use…some are older and run hotter! ;-) Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. Close to Indian Rocks beach which avoids the more touristy effect of Clearwater and the beach is beautiful! Lots of stores and restaurants close by! I may bring my little kids back next time!

Just what the doctor ordered

We spent a lot of time at the house enjoying the various games, pool, hot tub, corn hole, putt putt, pool table, our pets, the large kitchen perfect for groups, the facilities that allowed for 9 guests, nice bedroom setup, etc. Our stay was what our family needed. The beaches were close and a lot of options nearby like Clearwater, Indian Rocks, the dog beaches, etc. The host was super responsive to all our thoughts and questions. We appreciated the lovely touches like shampoos, soaps, dishwashing pods, coffee maker, wonderful washer and dryer. These touches did not go unnoticed. Thank you for a wonderful memory for our family.

Amazing Home for a Family Gathering

We had a lovely stay here! The home and the property were super clean and there was so much room for our birthday gathering. So many activities to do outside like the heated pool, hot-tub, fire pit, a pool table inside, and many more. The host was accessible at all times and made sure we were happy and comfortable in the home. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Shabby & chic fun place!

We enjoyed our trip and stay. The house shows its age a bit. The kitchen has been updated with new granite and cabinets. The owner has made use of every available space for bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom is a former front porch area w skylights, one bathroom is in the garage. (It’s a nice bathroom though.) The owner is fantastic with communication and super accommodating.

Annual boy trip

Place was perfect for our needs, close to the beaches and 30 minutes to hockey and football stadium. Host are very responsive and quick to answer messages sent.

Great Location & Home has Everything you need!!

Comfortable and quiet in a nice walkable neighborhood close to a beautiful park. Short drive to beaches, great restaurants, shopping. Zero issues, this home is loaded with everything you could possibly need to put on a grand dinner party . Would definitely return and recommend. This house was absolutely beautiful! Joesph was very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

My family flew in from New York to spend Thanksgiving with us. The layout of the house was perfect. The open kitchen, dining room living room had more than enough space. Accessibility to the beaches and shops was perfect. What I was most impressed with was how FULLY stocked the kitchen was along with towels and extra pillows and comforters.The game room was a plus for both kids and adults, but to top it off was the hot tub, which I almost didn’t ask for and so grateful that I did. Temperature of the pool was perfect for weather in November. The beach area in the yard was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen.. should we choose that area again next year to meet up again, this will be the house.

Amazing host, beautiful home, will definitely book again

We came here for a family reunion. I was 110% satisfied. Home was very clean, host was very responsive and accommodating. There were plenty of space for everybody. Outdoor swimming pool hits the mark. Everybody had an amazing time. I will definitely book properties with this host again.

Great Family Friendly Vacation Home

We were very pleased with this lovely vacation home. There was so much for the children to do. They loved waking up and jumping in the pool and hot tub. They loved the game room. Nice layout of the bedrooms for several families. The owner Joseph was very responsive. Lots of baby equipment also. An Umbrella and chairs for the beach. Perfect location for the wedding we attended on the beach. Everything we needed! Very grateful for the wonderful hospitality.

We arrived just as a tropical storm was hitting Clearwater. The winds raged outside but inside the house was peaceful. The pool in the backyard remained clear of debris thanks to the screen. My family of 5, both my parents and brother vacationed at this location for.a week. The layout allowed privacy, the back yard was loaded with fun activities. We spent time in the game room playing video games and football. Pleased with the cleanliness of the house,the laundry facilities and location of the home. I highly recommend Joseph’s homes. We’ve stayed at two and have been satisfied.

We were visiting my husbands father who was turning 100.

The property was nice and clean. It was just fine for our family. We had two 3 year olds that loved the sand. The only negative comment I could make is that it is not 5 bedrooms and it is not 3 baths, the BR has no air and no closet. The 3rd bath is outside the residence.

Amazing setup and location!

My family (7 Adults, 4 Kids aged 2-8) went to Tampa to celebrate my Dad's retirement. With kids we wanted someplace with a pool, enough bedrooms, and good location compared to beach and other activities, and this house definitely checked all of those boxes. We were a little nervous due to the cold front heading through Florida during the time of our stay causing temps to be mainly in the 50s with a couple days in the mid 60s. But this place has an awesome heated pool, along with access to the hot tub, that allowed us to still have some fun in the water even though the air temp was cold. The layout of the house was great for the 11 of us, plenty of beds and an awesome open floor plan. The kids also loved the game room set up in the garage. Also, the location of this house was great, it seemed like everything was within 20 mins away, with plenty of nearby grocery/essential store options. On top of all of that the communication with Joseph was fantastic, very responsive not only during our stay but also leading up to our stay. Overall we had a fantastic time in Tampa and loved our stay at this house and would definitely recommend if you are planning on traveling with kids/family.

wedding journey

It suited our needs and was convenient to most of the places we had to go. There were a few problems, but nothing that left us feeling like it messed up our stay. We did have to buy a coffee maker (not a fan of a Keurig) which we just left as a gift and also a blender (for our Pina Coladas) overall it was what we we were hoping for. Thank you Joseph for allowing us to visit your home

Great family gathering place

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. While the house has some decided quirks, and a few maintenance opportunities, it had everything we needed. Two things we saw as having been oversold a wee bit . The third bathroom is only accessible from the outside. We found it by chance on our second day. Also, what we thought was a heated pool, wasn’t. It all worked anyway. Oh, and let me not forget - this place has a really cool backyard. Perfect for any kind of gathering.

Great last minute find

We decided a bit late to take this spring beak trip and found this property. We usually like to stay on the beach but had been watching the red tide situation and were concerned about being too close if it did not clear up. It did clear up however and the beaches were great. Joseph was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Only an easy 8 minutes from the beach with grocery's and other shops very close but away from the heavy tourist traffic, the location was great for our group. Id like to see the landscape completed however this did not affect our stay and we were told ahead of time that it was still being completed. Plenty of room and the price was right. With some minor finishing touches I would rent again for sure.

1st family vaca

Being so close to the beaches was nice. Most beach access has a small drive with a couple public parking signs that we used or pay to park at a larger public beach. The house was large for both my kids and my sisters to play but a tad outdated and the master bed mattress very uncomfortable. The other beds were ok. The kids liked the area and hammock but got board easy. They really wanted a heated pool but the pool was so cold they could barley swim more then 5 mins at a time. On arrival the hot tub was half full of water and freezing as well and ended up needed a part and never worked the whole time we were there. The PM did refund the 250 paid for hot tub but that was only right and ww were so disheartened about it cause nights were 55 to 60 and chilly and we booked thos house only for the hot tub and pool. The space and game room is a added plus but we would have taken a tiny house as long as pool and hot tub were working for the 5 kids. The k cup coffee would not work w k cups and we weren't told till after we bought some that we needed to use the refillable one. The neighborhood was nice and located in convenient area.

The backyard white sand beach and outdoor entertainment space are perfectly set up for large groups. The amenities make our home more like a resort. We have one of the largest pools around. Few houses have detached home spaces to allow even more guests! The safety of the neighborhood allows you the peace of mind you have at home. The privacy fence is pet friendly and a huge plus. The parking available allows for 8 cars or even a boat and RV. We are ideally located for Indian Shores Beach, Clearwater Beach or Madeira Beach!
