This stylish airy and bright poolside retreat is perfect for couples and solo travelers. A slider door offers direct access to the shared pool area. The kitchenette features quartz counters, a sink, refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, and a microwave.
Enjoy a restful night's sleep with a memory foam mattress and black-out curtains. The home also has a Roku TV for you to enjoy your favorite shows.
The Space:
â 200 square foot studio space with combined bedroom, living area , kitchenette, and dining area.
â One FREE designated parking space.
â Glendon Beach is just 0.3 miles walking distance
â Direct poolside access to the shared swimming pool (opens mid-June - September)
â Free High Speed Internet / WiFi
â We provide fresh sheets, linens, and cotton towels during your stay
â Full size bed (sleeps up to 2)
â Comfortable & luxurious memory foam mattress and black-out shades for a good night sleep.
â Small kitchenette (not including Dishwasher) for basic meal prep, with a toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, small fridge, plates/glasses, and silverware.
â Bathroom with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer
â Beach chairs and umbrella provided
â 24" Smart Roku TV - Connect to Netflix, Hulu, etc. (Guests log-in using their own accounts)
â Shared patio area available for guest use
â Equipped with a smart-lock for easy check in/check out
Please note:
â This is a small apartment (200 square feet). It is ideal for 1-2 adult guests.
â One assigned parking space is provided.
â Condo is located on the 1st floor
â There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the complex.
â Towels, linens, and bedding provided to all guests except for beach towels.
