Marina is five minutes away via boat & ten minute drive from the City center, but you’ll also have all the modern convenience of seclusion vibes, with exceptional phone signal and complimentary WiFi.
It’s the best of both worlds.

The space
Take your pick from one of the house’s 2 master King bedrooms, and unwind after a productive day in the bathroom’s double slipper freestanding soaker tub or walk-in shower with heated towel racks & mirrors.

Fix a meal in fully stocked, modern chef’s dream kitchen, and unwind on 1 of 2 room suites turf balconies with wine.

Lake toys, life jackets, and fishing poles is all there and welcome to use!

Natural lighting to die for throughout, plenty of living space to make memories with electric fireplace option and a very fun loft area with two full beds.

Entertain your family & friends on our outdoor covered area downstairs with our 72 inch TV, gas grill, 1/2bath and gorgeous lake view still applies!

So much to appreciate in this luxurious space.

Our home is meant more for 2 couples with kids or 3 couples. Sleeps 6. However the bunk area is more a kids zone- isn’t private and is 2 full beds.
Concord Marina is close by and offers boat rentals!

Overall experience was excellent. The outside dock area is very nice to sit out, but has not been cared for in quite some time. There were wasp nests, which was quite annoying and everything outside just needs a good wipe down. Inside the house is very clean and everything works very well.

Great location. Enjoyed our stay but a few negatives. Bathroom tap broken. Host 1st ignore my email about it for 7 days then deny it then when we send a foto said ok but for the next 7 days we should use some of the other taps in the house. The bedroom closets was full of cleaning equipment etc and there can be more drawer space. We felt it was a bit dishonest not to tell us beforehand that the house was next to an active buildingsite.

The property was described accurately. Second process was simple. The house was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay by this beautiful lake!

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful lake home! The only change we noticed from 3 years ago was that there is now an arcade game in the living room, so our granddaughter was very excited about that! The home is fairly private with some construction going on next door but nothing that interfered with our ability to fish and enjoy the scenery. The few miles before you get to the property consist of winding roads with a lot of deer to watch out for. The owner provides all of the basic essentials such as toiletries, laundry soap, dishes, cookware, etc., which made it very convenient. Also appreciated the extra plastic cups and paper plates and plastic ware. The towel warmers in the bathrooms were great! Would suggest adding labels for the many light switches and maybe instructions for the TV remotes. The remotes for the TVs were a bit odd as they seemed to be linked to one another, and whenever we turned one TV off another would randomly turn on. lol! We couldn't find a remote or switch for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, but there was one in the 2nd bedroom. The hot water knob in the bathroom of the 2nd bedroom wasn't attached but was still usable. The ladder to the loft bedroom might be a bit scary for younger kids, Overall it is a very beautiful home and a great place to relax and take in the beauty of nature. Recommend Sun Life Concord Marina for boat rentals, and Lakeside Tavern at Concord Marina is hands down the best restaurant we found!

This property was absolutely perfect for a long weekend with our family of four! We used the entire property - grilling, kayak, boat dock, outdoor dining and loved all of it. And so fun to see the mansions all around the lake. Our only 'complaint' was that we never received the initial text message explaining all of the features - specifically how to find and operate all of the remotes for turning on the fans. That said, our host was very responsive.Something to be aware of - the road into the property is a bit windy with a very steep drive.

Beautiful home on the lake

This beautiful home appears to have been recently remodeled inside, and very nice! The neighborhood surrounding it is very nice as well. Communication through the Vrbo app with the management was not very good, however, through texting was fine. It would be nicer to be able to have all history of messages in the app though. There was a storm a few days before we arrived, which pushed a lot of timber and other “garbage” into their little cove area. Not sure if it’s like that all the time, but it was not very conducive to enjoy the water for swimming right by their house. Luckily, we did have a boat rented from Concord Marina, which allowed us to get further out in the water to enjoy it that way. The boat rental marina is about a 30 minute boat ride but very easy. Overall, the home is very nice and we would definitely stay here again.
