We absolutely love to stay at the Yellow Tea Cup, this is our 2nd time and we will be back. Christy is a great host and her farm is so beautiful. The house and farm are so relaxing but also in close to Knoxville, Maryville, etc. Can't recommend Yellow Tea Cup enough!

Charming farmhouse in lovely setting and close to Knoxville or Maryville. We used it for a get together with local family and it was a fun and relaxing place to gather. The host is responsive if you need anything and the bath amenities are nice.

This is our 2nd time staying with the hosts and they are amazing. This location is the perfect way to unwind and relax watching the horses, wild turkey, deer, birds and lightening bugs.

We had a great visit to this Cottage! It was the perfect size for our family, very clean, and we loved visiting with the horses and goats! We were here this time for a concert downtown and it was very convenient. If we are back in Knoxville, we would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic property convenient to Knoxville and many other popular communities. Out far enough to keep you out of the hustle and bustle. Perfect for families. I wish our schedule had allowed for more time to chill at the house.

The yellow tea cup was outstanding! The best Vrbo yet! The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The host was amazing, friendly, and prompt with my questions. The horses were a bonus and I will miss Tucker! This is a must stay for the country atmosphere close to Knoxville. My daughter is a competitive swimmer and it is close to the University of Tennessee so with so many trips back and forth to the pool, it was in a perfect location! We plan to return! Thank you Christie!

The location was very convenient to downtown Knoxville (15 minutes). The grounds were very pretty with lots of outdoor seating. Indoors was also very spacious with a very bright and sunny game room. The 2.5 baths was convenient for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking and eating. The horses, birds, and other wildlife was an extra special touch.

I generally do not leave reviews, but I had to for this property. The Yellow Tea Cup Cottage was the most charming little house we’ve ever stayed in. It was decorated in the quaintest fashion I’ve ever seen. It reminded me of staying at my grandmother’s house where everything was warm and inviting. There was plenty of room and the furnishings were abundant—including treats to feed to the friendly horses. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing spot in the country or a base of operations for your time in the Knoxville area, look no further. Oh, we liked the 8 in 1 Victrola so much that we decided to buy one for our house.

We loved our stay at the Yellow Teacup! The house was so fun and had everything you could need. Very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful property with views of wild turkeys and neighbor horses that were a big hit with the 13 year old. Definitely would come here again!

Cannot say enough good things about The Yellow Tea Cup Cottage! A charming property with (VERY friendly) horses outside every window, plenty of outdoor space, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels in each bath, cozy spots to read or nap, plus games, puzzles, and art supplies for the littles and lovely, homey touches everywhere. Our family travels to East Tennessee/Knoxville every summer, and this is BY FAR our favorite stay. We loved being greeted by (and sharing treats with) the horses, seeing wild Turkeys in the pasture in the early morning, and visiting the goats. Convenient to the airport, downtown Knoxville, and all the wonderful things the area has to offer. Christie is a wonderful, welcoming host and quick to respond to any questions.We are already planning our visit for next summer. 15/10 - highly recommend!

The host was absolutely amazing. Quick to respond and she had lots of great ideas we could do as a family. The cottage was adorable with comfy beds, lots of room and all the amenities you need! The outdoor space was amazing and the pleasure of being able to enjoy the animals on the farm was so soothing for all of us 6 plus our dog. Would highly recommend and would go back to stay again.

I loved the house. It was beautiful. Loved the antiques. The location was fun for us. Horse and Yellowstone lovers. We had problems with ants on sink side. Had to move all of our stuff. All of us hated, I mean hated the tp! The airplanes noise was issue for some. My phone would not scroll over. Contact was awesome. It was clean. I would say overall 4 stars. We were closer to things than we thought. Navigating roads was a challenge. We had it figured out by the time we left. I would stay again. The upstairs guest not so much. Thank y for a great stay.

Hello we are so happy you all enjoyed your stay , thank you for the info, we do have Terminix contract and they treat every 3 months, so we will let them know where the issues were with ants, unfortunately it is that time of year hot and all of the rain we have had. The Toilet Paper we use is Scotts single Ply due to The Farm Cottage is on Septic system and clogs of Charmin have in the past plugged it up for other guests and it would stop up the plumbing which was costly and huge inconvenience for guests, per the suggestion of our Plumbing Co we started using the one ply and have not had any issues Just have to double up on the wipes but it dissolves quickly and doesnt cause plumbing stoppages Thank you again for all of your comments and mostly for choosing to stay on the Farm and Please do come again anytime
