HeartbeatStays presents The Lion's Den. With a Master Bedroom harboring a reclining/inclining massaging Tempur-Pedic bed, this home is perfect for the ultimate relaxation. With 3 Spacious Bedrooms and 2.5 well stocked baths, Xbox, Jenga and Uno--family fun or a friends gathering will be amazing!
The fireplace sets the tone for any occasion. Cozy up at the kitchen built-in bar, dining table, relax in the living room or the upstairs loft with comfy couches, throws and flat screen TV's. The Community Pool is available (during warmer seasons) for some fun in the sun. Not to mention a backyard suitable for lounging, relaxing and enjoying your pets.

Getting Around:
Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however, Uber and Lyft are readily available.
If errand request can be sent in Direct Message or Text to property manager who can coordinate anything you may need during your stay.

Pets:
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. All pets require a $35 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of excess pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! Property manager is nearby to run any errands you may need at a small fee.
Guest Gate Code will be given upon check-in.

Getting there: Take Exit 28 (Lillington Exit) off Highway 295. It is VERY IMPORTANT to Enter Neighborhood Complex via Ramsey Street entrance which is at Kings Grant Neighborhood. The other entrance is for residents only and will not allow you to enter.
**Typing in KING GRANT Homes on Ramsey street is ideal.

As described

Very nice condo. The only issue we had was a neighbor who wanted to dictate where we could park on the street. Funny thing is when we moved our sons truck another person (unknown) parked in the same spot. Lol serves him right. Pretty close to Ft. Braggs All American gate and different places to shop and eat. The owner is prompt when replying to any questions we had. Perfect place for quiet couples. Long story short I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful

I want to thank you so much Mr. Kelvin for allowing me and my family to stay in your home. It was very beautiful and cozy. The directions were easy. Two fine and most important of all my dogs definitely loved it. I will be definitely coming back soon. If I have to rated this, stay it will be a 10 out of 10. Thank you .

Spacious and clean house

Our stay at The Lion's Den house was very comfortable. It is clean and has a warm and homey feel with beautiful decorations throughout the house. One of our family members used a walker and the master bedroom on the first floor was perfect for him to use. The other rooms have very comfortable beds with quality pillows. The house is in a quiet subdivision with a nice pool within easy access. Check in and check out was easy and the host was readily accessible for questions.
