Back at your palm-tree-lined stay, walk inside where you will instantly take notice of the open-air floor plan. Here your family can gather in the living room, dining room, and kitchen to chat, cook, and relax. Utilize the coffee bar every morning before walking outside and sitting by the pool - breathing in that beautiful breezy air. And gather on the soft sofa come evening, while the chef of your family utilizes the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen. Swimsuits can easily be refreshed in the private washer/dryer. The soaking tub in the primary ensuite serves as a perfect way to relax as the evening winds down. And when it is time to rest, sleep easy knowing that each room comes equipped with soft bedding and central air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
