A newly renovated cozy and stylish condo located in the Rowandale development. This unit is centrally located and 2 miles away from Ole Miss and the Square!!! This is a 2 bedroom condo with queen sized beds and private bathroom room for each.

College Visit

I was in town with my daughter and her roommate for Orientation. It was very convenient and set up perfectly for us. They have coffee and a few snacks available for you. I have stayed here multiple times. I shifted my dates 2 times and she was very nice and worked with us.

A football touch down spot that felt like home!

We came up short in the football game but on top with our stay accommodations! Condo was charming, clean and close to campus. The Oxford community was welcoming and the weekend will be memerable!

Ole Miss Orientation

My daughter and her Roommate came into town for Freshman Orientation for Ole Miss. The location was great for the school. It was nice and quiet and clean. We already have plans to stay here again in August!

We stay in VRBO properties quite often and this property checked all the boxes! The host had snacks, a variety of coffee pods, an abundant number of bath towels, even a cell phone charger!! She was also very responsive to my communication!! Highly recommend this property!

Perfect place!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We even got to use the pool because the weather was gorgeous. Our host was really responsive, one of our parties left behind a wallet, she found it and shipped it to us. Overall just a great experience! Highly recommend.

Great location and space.

Very close to everything in Oxford and easy to get to with plenty of parking. Space was ample for our group and had everything needed for a great stay.

The heart of Oxford

This is quaint modern condo that provides easy access to everything you would like to do in Oxford: Food, sports, entertainment. All within minutes. Then you come back to your home away from home. Nice view of the property from the patio and enjoy family time. All equals=Hotty Toddy

Don’t miss this one! Wonderful Condo!

This is the ideal location for visiting the Square in Oxford and the campus. Easy to access, nestled in a quint community. The balcony looks across into the pool for a great view. The beds were so comfy and we had plenty of towels and extra blankets. Everything is very well-appointed and extra clean. Exceptional amenities, including snacks, bottled water, and a bottle of wine to enjoy. Outstanding communication as well. We will definitely be back!
