Two bedroom, pet friendly condo within walking distance of Ole Miss’ South campus, law school and all sports venues. Wifi and Roku in all rooms, and YouTube TV is available. The South campus rail trails and the new U of M Rec Center are right behind the condo, and it’s a five minute drive to the square. (Uber, Lyft and cab services available.)

Adorable Home

We enjoyed our weekend at this adorable home. It had everything we needed and was very convenient to the university, shopping and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay again!

All around great stay

Location is excellent if you’re interested in anything Ole Miss or Oxford/square related, both walking distance.Brooke was very helpful, informative and easy to communicate with. Everything was clean and tidy along with internet, tv, etc all being very easy to access.We would definitely stay here again.Thanks Brooke

Small and quaint

Great location, close to campus and exactly what we needed for our short stay. I would stay there again. Neighbors are friendly and helpful as well. I hope it’s available next time I need to come to Oxford.

Great place for a quick trip to visit Ole Miss

The unit had nice furniture and a cute little kitchen. You park in the lot in front of the building and walk up about 10 stairs to get to the door. Mostly locals and families in the complex, quiet and easy in/out. Very close to the university and the unit was on the bottom floor. Nice Roku tvs in each room.

Exceed expectations

Very detailed instructions on how to get to the property and how to enter. Cute apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to campus for the game! Will definitely stay here again!

Great, quiet place.

After a long day of work for me and my assistant, we changed from hotels to Vrbo properties. Hotels are too expensive for limited value. We are able to cook our meals and just kick back. Comfy beds and peaceful woods surrounding the place. Great walking/bike trails on back. Good parking in front.

Easy Like Sunday Morning

Bottom unit with neighbors on both sides and above. Heard some steps from above but nothing to write home about. Plus that neighbor is super friendly and not shy to say hi. It's furnished as a full time, short term rental. Good value for budget travelers esp for those who book early. Walking distance to the Grove, but a bit farther then I'd care to walk to the square. That's what a ride share or taxi is for, except getting one on a SEC weekend is like catching a leprechaun. The homeowner is very nice and it shows.

Cigarette Smoke Smell

I do not like to give bad reviews and planned to not say anything but because my purse still smells like a dirty ashtray over 48 hours after leaving I just had to. All of our clothes, bags, suitcases, even my leather slides stink of stale cigarette smoke. The place is clean otherwise and yes communication was prompt but the host did nothing to solve the problem and instead stated she was there that morning and smelled nothing. That’s impossible unless she has no sense of smell or is a smoker herself and is immune to the smell. It’s bad!!! Yes it’s walking distance to the stadium. Yes in comparison it’s less expensive than other places but I would never stay here again the cigarette smell is so bad. And all 3 of us as adults winced every time we walked back in because the smell would hit us. So for all 3 of us to be that way, for my things to still smell and the hostess claim there’s nothing wrong, left me wanting to warn others as I wished I had been warned.

Brooke was incredibly thoughtful, accommodating, and helpful! The space was a little cozy for 4 adults, but had everything we needed (and more!) for a wonderful stay!

Very convenient location to campus. Brook was very gracious, and great communication. Absolutely loved the decorative artwork by local artist, I'd enjoy having that collection !

Pros and Cons

Great location for Ole Miss visit and good communication with host. The pros were that you can hear the people upstairs talking and every step they take. Also, a few places around the condo need a little TLC. Other than that, a good place for a quick trip.
