Perfect for a family getaway or retreat with friends, you will find everything you need and more in this rental. Perched on the fifth floor, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the water. Sit outside on your private balcony and relax as boats pass by. You may even get lucky and spot a dolphin swimming through the water. For those bringing their boats or jet skis, we provide docks along Little Lagoon where they can be moored during your stay, available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you plan to bring a trailer, there is a designated parking area on-site, although registration with the on-site Homeowners Association (HOA) is required. Additionally, kayaking enthusiasts will delight in the ease of launching their kayaks on-site, with designated storage available (also requiring registration with the HOA). Fishing enthusiasts are in for a treat as well, as guests are permitted to fish from the complex dock and have access to a convenient fish cleaning station.
