Welcome to Villa 7, the only beach villa that has a private pool in Puerta Cortés, the best and only resort of its kind in La Paz.

Accommodation
Villa Sunset has 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove with oven, refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom with shower and tub, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed and a single bed, as well as its private bathroom.
The third bedroom has a kingsize bed and private bathroom; This bedroom has direct access to the patio.
The private pool inside the villa is very spacious, it has a jacuzzi. The heating of the jacuzzi and the pool are charged separately.

This beautiful villa is equipped with a barbecue area next to the pool, as well as a couple of kayaks that you can use on the private beach of Puerta Cortés.

This accommodation offers free access to the Puerta Cortes Beach Club, where you can enjoy the heated pool, a delicious restaurant and a perfect day at the beach. They can also take the golf cart and go to the golf course for a nice breakfast or lunch. Enjoy the Gary Player Signature Golf Course with most holes overlooking the wonderful Sea of Cortez.

We recommend organizing a day of diving, snorkeling or fishing on the picturesque Isla Espiritu Santo, all from the Marina de CostaBaja. The Marina also offers several excellent restaurants for your dining pleasure.

Simply Paradise!!!

AMAZING!!! I almost don't want to write a review of this property because I don't want to give the secret of paradise away!!!! This property is fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic time in La Paz. We were (2) families of 7 and this property fit us well, there are 2 bedrooms inside the main house and 1 separate bedroom with ensuite bath just outside, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, body wash and lotion as well as bath & pool towels, and my favorite bathrobes. There is a set of stairs that leads up to a rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the marina and sunset. The best feature by far is the backyard with private pool/jacuzzi, outdoor shower, grill, pizza oven and plenty of seating. We spent every morning and evening swimming and relaxing in the pool. If you like to cook your own meals the kitchen is well stocked with cooking devices, if you like to eat out there are several restaurants onsite to choose from and there is a convience store on property to pick up necessities. You can take the golf cart that comes with the property to get you were you need to go. Check in process was easy and well explained....you will not be disappointed with this property. We can't wait to go back!
