BUT, put that all away and imagine spending a day on beautiful Lake Blue Ridge, parking your boat or jet ski at your private dock and resting on the outdoor lounge chairs while watching the sun set over the lake!

As you pull up to the house on the paved driveway, you will realize that you do not ever want to leave. Ample parking, manicured grounds complete with fountain and children’s playhouse greet you before ever stepping out of your car. When walking through the front door, you’ll experience that “inn” feeling as you are greeted by the large lounging area complete with ample seating, a flat panel TV and a floor to ceiling stacked stone wood burning fireplace. It’s the perfect place to cozy up.

Transitioning to the dining and kitchen area, your breath will be taken away as you admire the soaring views across the lake through the floor to ceiling windows. In this open concept room, a top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen with 8-burner gas stove and double oven is sure to please every practicing cook in your party. The lower-level deck offers many plush deck seating options as well as an outdoor dining area with seating for 8. Take the beautiful walk down to the gazebo, which is sure to be a favorite spot for you and your guests. This attractive set up is positioned directly on the lake with seating for 9. Between the gazebo and enjoying the additional seating on the dock, it will be difficult to decide where to spend your time.

To accommodate the 16-occupancy lakefront property, venture past the outdoor fountain and into the guest house boasting a regulation size pool table, comfortable couch seating around a mounted flat panel television and is a perfect gathering spot for teens. Additional sleeping quarters are located upstairs with 4 twin beds and a private queen bedroom. This guest house comes complete with a full bath with shower.
