Vacker panoramautsikt från denna två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet belägen på Horseshoe Bend från Carol Road och av vatten på 3 mil markören. Golfare noterar, denna enhet är strategiskt belägen mellan två av sjön bästa kurser, Season's Ridge och Witch's Cove, båda är bara några minuters bilresa bort! Fråga om våra Golf Around-paket! Falls-komplexet erbjuder 2 pooler, en tennisbana och en liten lekplats. Denna enhet innehåller också en 10 x 28 båtslipning. Vi har två enheter på detta komplex för att rymma små grupper på upp till 12 gäster.

Great location and very clean!

The place was perfect for what we needed and I love the big balcony with sunset views. The tech could be updated a little- maybe a Roku or some smart tvs but when you’re at the lake you don’t usually have time for that anyway. :)

Huge covered porch area with outstanding view of main channel. You could see for miles up and down the lake! The property is a bit dated, but overall condition is good and we would certainly stay again. Parking was a challenge. Other guests seemed to be taking more than their share of spaces.

Fantastic view!

First, let’s start with the view … definitely a highlight of our trip! The property was nice and well equipped. We had a relaxing weekend watching the boats cruise up and down the lake. The only issue we had was with the parking! We had to park all the way up the hill next to the upper pool and walk quite a distance down to the unit we rented because all of the parking spots in front of the unit were full. At one point there was NO parking at all and I ended up parking illegally for an hour or two until someone left then I rushed out to snag that spot. They need to have assigned parking spots and mark the spots with the building and unit numbers then issue parking passes that have to be hung from mirrors. Other than that we had a nice time!

Great LOZ location at the 3MM

Loved this condo — was perfect for our weekend to celebrate a family birthday. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed my mornings and evenings sitting out on the deck.

Family Ozarks Vacation

This unit was perfect for us. It is well appointed and very comfortable. And the view from the balcony is million dollar. It's probably time for a little updating, and a little more attention could be given to cleaning, such as dusting and sweeping off the balcony, but the important places, like kitchen and bathrooms, were spotless. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Easy Check in though dirty and run down

Check in was easy. Property was nice with a beautiful view and 2 nice pools. Nice gas grill on porch. Condo was quiet run down. Shower curtain rod would fall down while showering in the master, in guest bedroom the rod was taped together, but thankfully would stay up. Lots of bugs in kitchen. Dishes in cupboard had food still in them (probably why so many bugs).Found a Cockroach in the bathtub. Food crumbs on the carpet which is odd since you pay $80 for a cleaning service. Advised all of this on check out and they said they would check in to it, so hopefully they take care of things for the next renter.

Great for family vacation

The address listed in the VRBO listing was not accurate. Luckily the property listing agents sent an email with the address and directions so we found it ok. It was a bit confusing to find the unit but all went well. Everything was exactly as listed. The beds were comfortable. The owner provided many amenities that most VRBO's don't. We had 2 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. The AC worked liked a charm. The location was great. Far enough from the strip but close enough you could get anywhere with a short drive. This was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Would come back again.

Great find

Clean, excellent view, easy check in and out, lots of dishes/kitchen tools for cooking and dining. Boat slip was sufficient although a little tight for anything over 30ft and there were no cleats to tie to. Overall super find for the $.

Go Ahead and Book It

I nearly went crazy trying to find the perfect condo online. We picked this one because it had everything we wanted: beautiful view, sizable balcony, just a few steps down to the front door, close parking and a nice pool. It is actually nicer than the pictures portray. Plenty of room for my husband and I, daughter, son-in-law and their baby. Very clean, kitchen stocked with essentials and nice to have a washer/dryer and two bathrooms. Master bedroom has access to the deck, which is a nice feature. We left a day early to get back for a funeral, but we plan on going back soon!
