Direct trail access with a trail leading from the house to the Tech Hub Slaughter Pen trail connector.
Ride any of the 182 miles of curated mountain biking trails starting from your own private backyard and then return to recover in the HOT TUB. End your day by grilling out on the commodious covered patio.
Walk to Crystal Bridges or Downtown area amenities - only 1 mile away.
