Looking for the perfect setting for a memorable vacation with family or friends? Look no more! This is a fabulous family-friendly condo that is part of a small beach front complex of only 7 units, so no crowded, noisy beaches. Our space does not directly overlook the Gulf of Mexico, but DOES offer a nice glimpse of it from the balcony. The unit is one floor above the parking garage and you will get to the condo by walking up stairs (around 15 steps). The stairs are a little steep, which is something to consider when carrying large/bulky luggage or for people with limited mobility. NO ELEVATOR, sorry!

Once you are parked the beach life really begins. Parking space is a hot commodity on the beach, but this unit has one assigned spot. In full disclosure, some people find it tight, but it is big enough to fit an SUV. A bit of maneuvering or backing up into the parking spot may be necessary depending on your vehicle's size. There is also one guest parking spot between the two buildings in the property, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance, so no need to move your vehicle frequently while you are here!

This updated unit offers an inviting and practical open-floor plan. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat, and a smart TV loaded with streaming apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, and furnishings you may need to cook. The cozy master bedroom suite has a full bathroom, closet space, a queen size bed and a smart TV. The second bedroom includes new twin beds, smart TV, and additional closet space.

The amenities in the complex include a small but relaxing pool, lounge chairs, a fridge to keep your drinks handy, and a grill for barbecuing if you so desire! Since this is a very small community, you only share amenities with a few people. Some days, the pool may be just for you to enjoy. Please note that we do provide beach/pool towels for our guests as well!

We fell in love with this condo when we first saw it. It was our dream come true. Not a resort vibe, family-friendly, unbeatable location, literally steps from the beach. We are a local family, not a managing company, with young kiddos who LOVE the water, and we can honestly say that our beach condo is located in a unique, low-key spot to relax, play, and enjoy some of the best sunsets Florida has to offer. Come visit!

Great location and a fantastic beach. The condo is spacious and comfortable. It had all the amenities. Loved the restaurants and bars nearby. Will definitely return to IRB.

Beautiful home!

We had a great stay at this condo. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of towels. There are several good restaurants within walking distance.

Great Place

Place was extremly clean. viiew of ocean was there on deck. everything needed was there and more. would recommend for long or short stay . one minute to pool , four minutes to beach.

We loved the location of the property and the amenities provided. We did not enjoy the neighbors above us. Kids were running the entire time and it is very noisy for this unit. We also didn’t like the fact we couldn’t cool the condo below 74 degrees. After being in the sun it was not comfortable sleeping at night even with fans going. On our last day we had water dripping into the master bedroom from the ceiling. The dryer does not dry very well. Our laundry had to be set to 60 minutes and ran two cycles. Our stay would have been more enjoyable had the guests above us been more mindful. This property manager did reach out to the other owner but it did not resolve the issue.

Excellent!

This property is perfect! The location was perfect! It is great that there is a private pool just for the people staying in the condos, and it is literally steps away from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The property is very clean and had all the amenities you need! A ton of restaurants are with in walking distance. John's Pass is about 15 minutes away. Great location...Will definitely be back!!

Office Staff Getaway

This was a trip I organized to say "thank you" to the all-female staff of my CPA office. We had a wonderful time at this property. It was perfect for the 5 of us (2 in each bedroom and 1 on the couch). Having been to IRB before, I knew the location was perfect for getting to the restaurants and activities we had planned. We couldn't have asked for anything more in a property. I will definitely add this to my "Perfect Places To Stay" in IRB!

Great condo just steps away from the beach.

Perfect spot for a family vacation. The condo has everything you will need. We found the washer/dryer extremely handy with 3 kids. Nice furnishings and everything is well kept. The owners are extremely good at communicating with their renters and were even willing to check with their neighbors on availability for next year. You can park your car in your private parking spot and walk to a variety of restaurants. There is easy access to both the pool and the beach. You can't go wrong booking here for your next vacation.

Great time at Heavenly Hideaway

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Heavenly Hideaway. This was our 2nd stay at this property (different condo). The beach is was great and so convenient to the condo as well as the pool. The kids brought their own boogie boards and toys but there were plenty of "community" boards/balls/toys available. Everythign is within walking distance such as restaurants, bars, stored, surf shops, etc. We love the fact that there is a CVS store right across the street. Linda was great to work with and we will definitely be back!

Highly Recommend

Great vacation spot for our 16 month old! Quite location with low traffic. Great for young families. Beautiful beach, pool, and rental! I got confused about the code to get in, but Linda responded quickly to help. There is one covered parking spot, which is nice. The parking space felt tight and would make us question bringing a full sized SUV or truck. Thank you to the Millers!

Girls Trip

Five ladies over 40 enjoyed a long weekend on the beach. Everything was wonderful. The stairs leading up to the condo were a great lil workout for some of us! So many awesome beach accessories for us to use. We weren’t missing anything. There were several restaurants, bars, and a CVS a quick walk away. The pool wasn’t huge, but we basically had it to ourselves. The beach was amazing, clean, and lots of chairs available! Highly recommend for a laid back beach vacation.

Perfection

This condo is complete perfection and more than we hoped for! It fit my family of 6 fabulously, was spotless, and filled with all the essentials. Just steps away from the beach and we spent a ton of time in the pool. Steve and Linda had quick and clear communication which was so nice! We don’t travel often but I’m certain we will come back here!

Clean, Nicely decorated, Conveniant, Fairly priced.

The condo was very clean. There weren't any needs not met by the well equipped kitchen. The condo is in walking distance to many restaurants and sits directly across the road from a great place to start your day with a fresh apple fritter. The pool is nicely equipped with lounged chairs and a shuffle board. The beach is only steps away. We would definently stay here again and may very well do it next year. My only complaint would be the pillows provided for the bedding need to be replaced but other than that this place is a winner.

Wonderful place

Our family, including two boys ages 3 and 4, stayed here for 5 nights and loved this condo. We especially appreciate the family-friendly touches such as kids’ books in the TV armoire, a step stool in the bathroom, and plastic plates and utensils. Yes, the parking spot is tight as advertised, but in a great location as it is right next to the unit stairs. The pool was nice and we spent a lot of time here too. Coco’s is a great restaurant for kiddos and we also visited Tropical Creamery for ice cream! This complex is small, simple, and had everything we needed and for family that cooks most of our meals, we also found this particular unit well stocked. All windows had blinds but we’d have loved curtains in addition to also keep it cool and dark, especially at night, and a storage shelf would’ve been helpful in the master bathroom shower. These are just small suggestions as we really enjoyed this place and hope to be back!

Great location

We stayed 6 nights at this two bedroom condo. The condo was well maintained. List of positives include very clean, spacious and had everything we needed such as linens and paper goods. Pictures on Homeaway.com are accurate. Complex has approx 8 condos in 2 buildings with covered parking. Small outdoor pool seemed more private on weekdays than weekends. Some negatives that did not affect our trip too badly included slow wifi and street noise (no fault to owners). We mainly stayed unplugged and on the beach. Communication with owner was clear and timely. We had a very nice vacation and the cleanliness alone directs to rent privately instead of staying at usually dirty hotels near Indian Rocks Beach.

Great but prepared to climb stairs

The Condo was very nice. We love the location, it’s close to our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately the pool was closed and with red tide in the area we would have used that a lot. There are 17 stairs to climb so be prepared. Our group was 4 women all over 60 and it was difficult to get our luggage up and down the stairs. Esteban is, however, great to deal with. The lock on the door broke and he came right over to take care of it. He is a great host. We probably return but will pack less to make it easier for luggage and stairs!

Everything we needed

When we walked in, it was just beautiful! It had everything we needed and was very clean. There is a good Pizza place across the street. Although, we only slept there. There was a beautiful partial ocean view from the balcony and the place was comfortable. The beds are super comfy. The only drawback for us was the stairs to get in being too steep. My 70 year old in-laws had a hard time the time came to check the place out, my 7 year old slipped and my independent 3 year old gave me micro heart attacks. Those are personal issues, but it wouldn't stop me from renting again. I am grateful for the opportunity to rent the place to spend time with the family and enjoy Indian Rocks. The Clearwater aquarium is 25 minutes away, for those campers who love marine life.

Five star idyllic Condo

We were blown away when entering the condo as it was absolutely stunning. The décor matched the relaxed beach location in which the condo is situated. The condo is very modern with all the household comforts that you need plus more. The pool area (heated pool) was spotlessly clean with a tiki bar and large fridge for everyone to use. The beach is a mere twenty steps from the pool through small dunes which adds to the ambience. The beach is lovely golden sand and good access into the sea (No shells or rocks underfoot), we were also fortunate enough to see dolphins and manatees during our stay. The condo is situated in a nice area of Indian Rocks with shops, restaurants and Bars all located very close by. We would like to thank Steve and Linda for allowing us to use their holiday home and also for the easy to use instructions and help offered during the booking process and stay. We had an amazing time and have already booked to go back again in the future to this lovely area of paradise.

A Little Bit of Heaven

We arrived at Sand Isles, hoping for the best and were very pleasantly surprized. The unit was spacious, very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location, as well, was perfect. A bit quieter than most of the communities on Gulf Blvd yet close to many great restaurants and stores. Of course, it was fabulous to be so close to the Gulf itself. Just a few steps away. The view from the pool was spectacular. The pictures do not lie. Gorgeous. Indian Rocks beach is a great location; close to everything. Lots to do and see. During our stay, we spent much time exploring downtown St Petersburg, including the Dali Museum, which should not be missed. We were also able to see two baseball games (one in Dunedin and one in Clearwater) during the major leaque teams’ Spring Training sessions. How great is that! We so enjoyed our stay and were very sad to leave at the end of 3 months. Thank you both Linda and Steven for letting us stay at your home. We will definitely be back next year.

ND Meets FL and Had a Great Experience!

The owners were very responsive to my questions through VRBO/emails before and after my reservation was made. The unit was very clean and had a beach house atmosphere. The pool and beach were easily accessible and the use of the loungers for the beach and umbrella were a plus! (We only saw one umbrella to use, first come first served for it). Our last night we saw several dolphins from the beach! CVS and other restaurants are within walking distance. We walked to some places depending on the day with heat temps. The location was ideal but the traffic noise can be heard inside. We were ok with the noise because by reading other reviews ahead of time we knew that would be the case. The only negative I can leave about this place is that there was only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. With a family of four we ran out of tp in one bathroom and had to keep borrowing from other bathrooms roll. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day, it was an ideal location!

Though not native to Pinellas County, we have established roots here, and feel privileged to call this part of Florida home. We love St. Pete and the beautiful beaches around us!!!

We fell in love with this condo and its location when we first saw it. IRB is a lovely community. Not as crowded as other beaches in the area. It has a little town feel to it, but not too sleepy as there are many restaurants, ice cream parlor, and lively bars around. The water park and the nature parks nearby draw a lot of locals and tourists alike. If you want to venture a bit farther, Clearwater is only a short drive away, and the trolley that rides on Gulf Boulevard can take you there or to any other beaches south of IRB. Many possibilities for fun, adventure, and relaxation.
