Modern vacation home with large open floor plan. Fully updated home offers everything you need for your Florida vacation!
2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen bed and 2 Full Bathrooms. We also have a rollaway bed if needed. Sliding doors lead you out to the seasonally HEATED pool oasis, which includes a hot tub, lounge chairs, bbq grill, covered dining table, fire pit and childrenâs play area. Kitchen/ living room open floor plan has plenty of room for everyone. Includes fully stocked kitchen, high quality linens and plush bath towels. House is stocked with beach necessities. We also have many childrenâs items including a Pack-n-Play, stroller and high chair. Garage features a game room with a dart board, board games, ping pong table and foosball table.
2 miles to Downtown Melbourne, 5 miles to the beach, 3 miles to the Melbourne International Airport, 2.5 miles to Holmes Regional Medical Hospital, 6 miles to Downtown Eau Gallie. Short 20 miles to Viera (USSSA Space Coast Complex).
Also close to many national tourist destinations! 20 miles to the famous Cocoa Beach, 30 miles to Port Canaveral, 38 miles to Kennedy Space Center, and about 70 miles to Orlando/Disney World!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This property is the best choice because it is beautifully decorated my MG Interiors, the top interior designers in our area. They gave the home a light and airy beach feel that is very welcoming.
The home is updated and also very spacious. The open floor plan is great for gatherings. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
Our home features a fun game room garage for children of all ages. Finally, the pool/hot tub area is the perfect place to relax.
Rest easy if you have small children as the pool is gated.
