Kom och besök Grant Florida och stanna en stund på The Grant House. Vi har en vacker A-Frame Chalet vid den indiska floden som är perfekt för familjens kul, milstolpeevenemang och lugna getaways! Det finns en ett sovrum ett badrum första våningen "pool view" svit som inkluderar en bäddsoffa. Ett större sovrum med ett badrum "lagunutsikt" på andra våningen med en bäddsoffa för 2 extra gäster och en privat balkong med utsikt över lagunen. Om mer sovplats behövs finns det ett loftsluftsutrymme för fåglar som har fantastisk utsikt över lagunen. "Lagunloftet" rymmer 4 med ytterligare badrum och liten balkong.

Ta med hela familjen, det finns gott om utrymme att sprida medan du fortfarande är tillräckligt nära för att njuta av tiden tillsammans vid poolen. Amazing place on the Indian River

Great place to have the whole family together for a needed vacation. Had access to the dock and boat lift. Public boat launch 300 yards down the road. Great fishing and ate at the restaurant next door. Everything so convenient and the kids loved the pool.

Amazing views, water access and convenience!

The views from this property are amazing, I only wish I could post photos. The sunrise from the deck is superb, and the water access can't be beat - there is a boat launch about a 1 minute drive in either direction.The property is clean, large yard, house is spacious but quirky. The large one bedroom “apartment” on the ground floor was perfect for our adult son and daughter. The main house portion has a master bedroom on the main floor, it is behind a curved wall, but it doesn’t have a real door. The loft is large with two additional beds a small bathroom with shower stall, but it is only accessible from the deck of the main floor. The stairs up are very narrow and steep, it was great for our teen daughter, but probably not for small kids.Having the restaurant next door was great, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the discount to renters was a plus. We enjoyed several trips over during our stay.Biggest downside was the train. The tracks are only about 300-400 yards from the front of the house (where the bedrooms are), it runs 24/7, both passenger and freight, and it does blow its horn as it passes, so you will hear it. Pam was great to deal with and quick to respond when we had a very minor housekeeping issue. All in all, we had a great experience at this property and would stay again if in the area.

Book the house!!

We booked this house to have our rehearsal dinner, and get ready the morning of our wedding. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. There’s a lot of space to accommodate a bigger family. Pam was super responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We can’t wait to book this house again!

Nice stay

The deck and view is very nice. The dogs enjoyed the large fenced in yard and grass. Right next door is a great restaurant you could walk to. The property was a little hard to find but is right on RT 1 so traffic at times was heavy. The train does run right across the street so you do hear it when it comes by. About 4 miles away is a Winn-Dixie and about 10 miles in Palm Bay was a lot of shopping. We all had an enjoyable stay.

Paradise

If anything happens during your stay just know that you will get a prompt response and someone will be there in minutes, This Place has you feeling like you are on your very own private island with the most beautiful view of the sunrise and visits from dolphins. The three level floors and how they are split is perfect for everyone to have their space. The best room was the third floor, if you are not afraid of heights, the balcony on both sides of the house was heavenly. Thank you for sharing your home and look forward to coming back.

Very clean, well appointed house

Each floor is its own apartment with outside access only. The hwy is 200’ from the house so you can hear traffic at night and the train goes through approximately 6 times each night. All in all a nice comfortable house. It was too cold for us to use the pool but it looked inviting in any case. The far upstairs is a good place for your smaller guests as the stairs are very small and steep like a ladder. Nice to be right on the water too.

Wedding weekend

We had an incredible time at The Grant House for my son's wedding weekend. This property was the perfect place for the rehearsal dinner we hosted for the wedding party. It was laid out perfect for entertaining. Our family played cornhole in the yard, we had drinks and dinner on the second floor deck and the kids had the perfect getaway in the birds nest! Pam was the best host you could ask for! Pam and her business partner Tom, the owner of The Old Fish House next door have to be commended for their hospitality. The convenience of having a seafood restaurant within walking distance was a plus that you could not get anywhere else. My family fished and enjoyed the dock and the yard was perfect for rehearsal. I can not stress enough about the terrific hospitality of Pam and Tom and we will definitely come back to the Grant House our next visit to Palm Bay. This was the perfect place for our unforgettable weekend.

Great memories!

Great house and great location! This unique property is great for families that have older children to where you can travel together yet still have your own private spaces. Property manager/owner was great to deal with and very responsive. we are looking forward to returning and making a family annual trip out of this property.

False advertising

Experience was absolute nightmare. Tried communicating with hoat over issues. At fist responses were timely, but as experience deteriorated the host will not respond to my messages. Almost everything in the house was broken, train runs 3 times a night with loud horn and vibrates house, leaks in roof, ants throughout kitchen, pool in disrepair, dock has no power and no water, downstairs smells wet and kitchen counter has holes, HVAC vents drip constantly on tile and is a slipping hazard, and the stairs to third floor broke causing my son to fall down the stairs. Absolute nightmare and hoat will not respond.

Beautiful older home, on the water

Started off the trip with a call from the owner, who felt bad that she found out the grill needed to be replaced, so she immediately took care of us for that, even though I told her it was not a big deal. The owners stay in touch and will help you with any issues you may come across. The bar and grill next door was amazing. We are there for dinner twice and lunch. This house has so much charm to it, but if you don't like stairs be cautious. This house is also amazing when it thunderstorms. The sounds of the rain and the wind could put you in a deep sleep 😴,, highly highly recommend this home for your next family gathering.

Great Venue - Slightly Dated

Overall we loved our stay! The only negatives would be that none of the levels connect to get from one floor to the other you have to go outside. Also the room with the double beds is only accessible by a ladder not an actual staircase. There are also a few exposed wires and missing handles for cabinets that were a little off putting. The yard was incredible and the view amazing! If you are coming in late at night i would bring a flashlight because there are no lights outside. This place was great for the most part.

Beautiful Sunrise

The views were incredible. The house was as most people reviewed- very unique. It was as if we had three separate rentals - privacy for everyone in our group. Our 28 year old son stayed in the “tree house” and my husband and I took the 2nd floor to enjoy the deck with the morning views. Our daughter, son in law and grandson stayed on the main level when they visited and friends used the same floor when they stayed. Overall everyone enjoyed it. The restaurant next door was wonderful and the 25% discount made it even better. We will be back! Just love the Grant - Sebastian area. Did I mention all the fish we caught and cooked up?!? Thanks Pam!

The property is large and has a lot of outdoor seating. Great views. I was disappointed that stairs were outside between floors. We had several people over 65 and it harder for them to go up and down. The property manager was quick to respond.
