The space:
Open space, warm vibes inside and out, outdoor and indoor play area, plenty space for family time and enjoyment.
Guest access:
Guest have full access to the property, door code will be provided on the check in date. Backyard and pool area for guest enjoyment

Some times of the year it might be a little cold, so please let me know if you will be adding the pool heated service. It will have an extra charge of $36.75/day (minimum 3 days), let me know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to be able to have it warm for your arrival.

I understand pets are important part of our families and I allow them at the rental, however, I need to have extra measurements for cleaning after the departure of a family with a pet, therefore I charge $157.5 per pet per stay (max 3 pets) so you can bring your pets.

There is a BBQ in-house, it will have an extra charge of $99.75 which includes a propane tank and cleaning. You can bring your own propane tank If you prefer it would be only $42 for extra cleaning of the BBQ
There is a fire pit as well in the house it will have an extra charge of $63 for the propane tank to use it. This is the cost of a full tank of propane gas. You can bring your own propane tank If you prefer.
