The main Suite has a king size bed, a dresser, two nightstands, oversized armchair, bench and a 50" smart TV. There is a sliding door that accesses the outdoor patio. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a separate walk in shower. There is also a shelving rack in the closet for your convenience.
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, a dresser, two nightstands, storage bench, and a 50" smart TV. There is also a shelving rack in the closet for your convenience.
Bedroom #3 has two full size beds, a dresser, two nightstands, a bench, and a 50" smart TV. There is also a shelving rack in the closet for your convenience.
GAME ROOM- We have converted the garage into an air conditioned game room. Play some pool, cards, darts, basketball or arcade games!

Perfectly appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. We have large comfortable feather down seats sofa and loveseat, leather armchair with ottoman, beautiful coffee table and a 75" smart TV. Enjoy movie night or watching a game! There is a fireplace and stackable glass doors open up to amazing views of the mountains and palm trees, a desert paradise!
KITCHEN:
Enjoy a modern gourmet kitchen with upgraded granite countertops and upgraded cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. Stainless steel appliances, a four burner gas range with oven, microwave and dishwasher. We provide a Hamilton coffee maker as well as Keurig with a starter supply of coffee, basic dining, cooking and serving utensils includes cups, plates, glasses, bowls, silverware, drinking and wine glasses, champagne glasses, scotch glasses, wine/beer opener, measuring spoons, can opener, sauce pans, frying pans, serving platters, serving bowls and more. We provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. Note: we provide a spice rack but not the spices (except salt and pepper). We do not provide cooking sprays, oil, foil or cling wrap, etc or other cooking essentials
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE:
Comfortable seating area with a sofa, two armchairs, two ottomans and a coffee table in the outdoor covered patio. We have a comfortable dining set to seat six. Umbrellas for the shade and a hammock for more relaxation. Additionally, there is another seating area around the fire pit and four chaise lounge chairs. Plenty of seating for all of your relaxing needs! There is a BBQ for you to cook up a storm. Enjoy large pool and spa. Play ping pong and corn hole to get those competetive juices flowing. The outdoor area is very spacious and the views are spectacular.
COMMUNITY GYM
There is a community gym that is about a two minutes walk. There are treadmills, elliptical and free weights. There is also a community pool with BBQ facilities.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with SMART TV'S and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig (ground beans), toaster and blender.
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets. We provide medium sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home.
COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the community club house, pool, outdoor living and BBQ area, fitness center, bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home).

Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry room is also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No, we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No, we don't allow pets
Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.
