This 1700sqft living space includes 1 King, 2 Queen bedrooms (en suite bath in the master), a bunk bed & futon room for the kids, a dedicated workspace, separate den, 2 full baths and a sleeper sofa for friends & family. Indoor and outdoor dining options sit 8 in the main living /dining area, with additional tables and chairs on the front and back patios. Additional lounge areas are in the front porch and back gazebo. Modern amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, 4 smart TVs with high speed internet/WiFi, HE laundry machines, and 2 full baths to make your stay complete!
This house is entirely for guests. You will have the entire indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. There are no shared spaces and ample parking in the driveway and on the street.

Plenty of space to spread out, beds were really comfortable. Great outside hangout space too!

Girl’s Trip ‘23

We had a great time at this lovely, very clean, close to everything house! The house looks just like it does in the pictures. The backyard was a great place to hang out as well. We would definitely stay here again when/if in the area!

Family Vacation in Mystic

Leah’s house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and amply space for our kids (3 years old and infants) to have fun. Leah was an excellent communicator whenever we needed her. The house was a walkable distance to downtown, we were able walk with the kids to the shops and grab a bite to eat. The kids loved looking at all the boats and was a very short drive to the aquarium! We would definitely recommend this home to families in the future!
