Stunning one bedroom condo apartment located on the 4th floor, offering magical ocean views as you step foot inside. New totally refurbished apartment ideal for a romantic getaway.
As you enter the apartment, you will notice a well-balanced mix of modern furniture. The interior is light and airy, with an open-concept design that includes a super comfortable sofa and one smart TV. The dining room features a design table with seating for two, as well as a large fully equipped kitchen.
Appliances and utensils such as an induction cooktop, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed with the highest quality mattress to make your stay unforgettable. It also features an Italian-style bathroom shower and tactile mirror to make your stay more enjoyable.

This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach, which is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Maho beach is also a 5 minutes drive where you will find all the planes taking off. The complex is also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

Comfortable quick visit to SXM. Loved the staff without exception (most friendly!)

Front desk/security personel were always smiling and helpful. Clothing rods instead of wire cubby cage in the bedroom closet.

Location, balcony, beautiful space It says no parties but there were a couple nights where people on our floor were partying late into the night. There was a female that was constantly yelling. It was very strange.
