Since we also do have a cleaning fee, we have a no-stress check-out procedure. That means as long as the home isn't left in poor condition, you can enjoy a nice warm cup of coffee in the morning before you leave!

Pets are welcome! A fee of $48 per pet applies to your stay. Please let us know if you're bringing any furry friends!

We take great care in maintaining our grounds, and we're proud to have a dedicated gardener. Currently, he doesn't follow a fixed schedule but tends to the garden whenever he believes it's time for some care. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our green spaces!

Cozy Cabin

It is certainly a cozy cabin with all you need. Located close to a lot of restaurants and things to do, it was also quiet. Not a sign of cockroaches to reference the last review.

Good location

Went to visit my son who attends Chico state. Place was cute. Kitchen very small and old appliances but I didn’t plan any meals there. Bed was very comfortable. First night was a little chilly and there weee no extra blankets. I reached out and was brought a blanket that day. I would recommend to the owners to have more than one coffee cup, maybe a throw blanket in the living room and supply more than two towels in the bathroom. Also there were two heavy trash cans placed in front of the gate that was out entrance to the home. Made it very difficult to come and go.

This property is infested with cockroaches. I had one crawl across my foot while I was sitting on the couch, and when I looked around the house, there were cockroaches in various states of alive and dying. I contacted the property owner about this problem, and have never received a response. The owners were initially very communicative, but when I presented this problem, I received no communication at all. Extremely unsanitary and unkempt.
