Residing in Central Ohio, I am an avid OSU fan, but like most midwesterners, I am not as big a fan of the cold as I used to be. Having a place in a warm climate makes the winters more tolerable, knowing we can sneak away when needed. Knowing we "need" the winter break, we love sharing our home with others who also love Florida, the Gulf Coast, and beaches.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
When we previewed this home, we loved the quiet sense it exudes. It's a single street in and out with about 40 homes in the neighborhood. There is minimal traffic, lots of friendly neighbors, and everyone takes pride in their homes and yards.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We did a complete reno on this place. It didn't need it necessarily, but me being in the construction industry and my wife having an eye for decorating, we wanted to make it how we wanted it. That includes the first floor having metallic epoxy floors throughout.
In addition, it is very open and spacious. We will have 14 of us on holidays here and never feel cramped. It is set up with 2 common spaces. One on the first floor living room and the second floor has a family room. With our kids, nieces and nephews, they will take over the second floor (bonus that is where the arcade games are also) and the adults will use the living room.
The corner lot gives lots of parking on the street for extra vehicles.
The pool/spa is screened in, along with the pool being heated just makes it perfect.
