A beautiful, contemporary beach house. The house sits just over a mile from the beach. Immediately adjacent to Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach in the best area of Los Angeles, known as the South Bay. Great home to relax or entertain the family. Beautiful outdoor space and built in BBQ island. Room for kids to play both inside and out. Backyard is great for family entertainment between the Built-in BBQ, Outdoor furniture and kid play area complete with artificial turf.

3 bedrooms - Cal King in master, bunks in 2nd (kid’s room) with full on bottom and twin on top, 3rd room has a full bed. All three bedrooms have Amazon Fire TV streaming services.

Great space and location

Very nice place in a great location for accessing nearby beaches and LA sites. Quiet, walkable neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed!

The house was perfect for our week stay. Beach toys for the kids, lots of tvs, comfy beds, steam shower, many places to lounge, and an ofc to do work.

Well located clean home

We stayed to spend time with our daughter and new baby. The house is well Located in a nice neighborhood close to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the backyard is excellent for socializing.

Girls Week

I stayed at this home with my sister and her daughter & their dog. We stayed for a week and were very pleased with everything. Julian was very responsive to our questions - he even mailed my niece's glasses back to her in Arizona.

Christmas in Southern CA

Great house! Very comfortable beds!! and very nice bathrooms!!! We had our Christmas there and it was perfect! Julian was very helpful when we needed more glassware - Thanks so much! The location was excellent and very near the beach, as well as driving distance to Target, Vons and Trader Joes for shopping. My only suggestion is...maybe a new couch, if the place doesn't sell?!? Thanks again!

Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach definitely is our families go to place! Beaches are perfect, food delicious and shopping everywhere! This house is perfect! We will be back soon!

Perfect Location!

We took a quick spring break trip to California and spent a couple nights in LA. This home was perfectly located for our trip!! We LOVED the patio...especially at night!! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe! It was much more peaceful than we expected! The home was super clean and the layout/space worked great for our family! The owner was excellent to work with, both during booking and our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

Cute home close to the beach and restaurants. We were visiting family in Manhattan Beach and this home was perfect for my husband, son and our small dog. The home was clean and the backyard was nice. The loft office was perfect for my husband to get some work done. Nice deck on the front deck of the home.

Very modern remodeled property. Even had a you tube TV that allowed me local access to the news. I like to look at local news when I travel. Get insights into local issues. Built in speakers for theater and a movie.

The property was very comfortable with beautifully updated bathrooms and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that could be improved is to have a portable fan available. There is no A/C in the family room/kitchen areas and it was raining so we could not open the windows which made it very humid.

Short getaway with old friends for a wedding

Very nice place in a good location and modern as well as high quality equipped. The garden is nice for the evening hang outs and offer the possibility to have a BBQ. In the morning you have Kolibris around you and the area is calm and relaxed. Also supermarket and restaurants are around. The only thing, which the host does not have an influence on is the neighbor‘s tree, which constantly drops leaves on the couch outside. But that doesn‘t influence the rating, because we really enjoyed living at this place. A perfect 10!!!
