Vackra 5 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum hem med en privat pool i ett lugnt gated community ligger pÄ West End av Panama City Beach. Detta hem har ett huvudhus med 3 sovrum och 2. 5 badrum och poolhus har 2 sovrum och 1 badrum.

Huvudbyggnaden sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, en sittgrupp och en trÀdgÄrd badkar i master badrummet. Det finns en queen size-sÀng i det första gÀstrummet och en full sÀng i det tredje rummet. Det finns en matplats för 8 personer, fullt utrustat kök, platt-TV i vardagsrummet och sovrummet, tvÀttmaskin och dyer och bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Poolhuset har ett vardagsrum med soffa, kök och matbord för 4 personer. Det finns en queen size-sÀng i ett av sovrummen och det andra sovrummet har 2 fulla sÀngar

Detta hem har alla bekvÀmligheter i hemmet och gratis Wi-Fi. Jamaican Lake 43 ligger tvÀrs över gatan frÄn stranden och pÄ gÄngavstÄnd till restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker. Just installerat alla nya mattor i huvudhuset och poolhuset. Poolen har renoverats och vi har 28 palmer runt poolen och huset. Huset och poolhuset Àr helt inhÀgnad med betongstuckvÀgg med lÄsande poolport för din integritet.


PoolomrÄdet har en utomhusdusch och lusthus med betongbord och bÀnkar med LED-belysning. Det finns en aluminium-markis som kommer ut ur huvudhuset med bord och stolar för uteservering. Vi har en Weber gasgrill utanför uteplatsen genom matplats och lÄgspÀnningsbelysning runt poolen pÄ natten.

Det finns en Winn Dixie och publix livsmedelsbutik i nÀrheten och cvs drogaffÀr och. Duncan munkbutik pÄ gÄngavstÄnd. Bayou rÀkningar skaldjur resterant Àr bara tvÄ kvarter framför strandvÀgen

This is the second time I’ve vacationed at the Jamaican Lake location. The home is clean and comfortably furnished. The host made every effort to make my vacation the best.

Updates & repairs needed

This was a super location close to beach and communication with property mgr was very good. However, the house and grounds are in need of updates and repairs. There are holes in walls all over main house and pool house. The floors were so dirty we hesitated letting our baby crawl. We had ant and roach issues in the kitchen. The space was nice and beach access was nice but the property is in very bad shape and we would not visit again unfortunately.

Family fun in the Sun.

This was a great vacation home for family fun located right across front beach road. Short walk for fun in the sun at the beach and then return to your beach home paradise to cool off in your own private pool. Kids and parents had a blast swimming and then grilling out pool side for our own Hawaiin Luau.

Awesome House. Across From the Beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jamaican Lakes. The neighborhood is gated so it definitely felt safe. The beach is right across the street. There is a ton of room to spread out because it also has a two bedroom pool house! Everything you need is close by, restaurants, shopping, etc. Great vacation house. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent property but issues with pool

The property and location was excellent. The main issues was the swimming pool. The pool pump was not working during our stay. Was told a new pump was purchased and would be replaced (everyday) but that did not happen. We did have concerns with the overall cleanliness of the pool. The other issue was the BBQ grill on the patio was not usable. Definitely needs replaced. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Lovely family vacation

My family usually come to Florida for a family vacation every year. This year we chose Panama City. It was a very lovely stay, right across the road from the beach, plenty of room and our own pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

This property was beautiful and perfect for my friends and I. This was exactly what we wanted. Having the pool was amazing along with being right across the street from the beach. PCB Family Vacation 2022

The location of this house was perfect with beach access right across the road. The private backyard with pool was such a bonus this year. It was so nice to have a place outside to hang out in the evenings. Jeff was awesome to work with. Everyone agreed that we definitely want to rent this house again next summer.

Loved this house

My family wanted a place with a pool and space for all 9 of us and this house definitely did the job! We enjoyed everything and even got to sit on the beach. Jeff was very helpful and accommodating every time we spoke. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks for everything!

Everything was easy, place was clean. The property manager answered every call and delivered a propane bottle to replace a defective one in 15 minutes. Excellent experience!

Great home

This property was great! It had lots of room and the pool in the yard was amazing!!! Jeff was very attentive to our needs and did everything he could to enhance our stay. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the details in cleaning. The vents, fans, and other areas that are not high touch need more attention. He is also going to be remodeling. I can’t wait to see the finished product next time!

Great location!

Easy walk across the street to beach access. The house was big enough to fit all 12 of us. The backyard set up- pool, grill, and pool house was perfect. We wanted to avoid high traffic areas and enjoy time with our family. The house could definitely use a little maintenance but the location and amenities made up for it. Full garage available for parking as well.

The pool house needs some serious attention. The landscaping needs taking care of. Needs upgrading!

The property would be nicer if it was upgraded. For what we paid, I expected nicer place. Mold around pool shower, pool has some algae and needs upgrading. The location of this property is great and convenient to the beach. Jeff the owner was nice. If this property gets an unpgrade, would stay here again. Your cleaning crew is ripping you off Jeff!

Great location! 30 second walk to the beach! Pool was awesome and we had a great time.
