"Ocean Breeze" Detta hus har just nyrenoverade och har en privat pool. Bara 80 steg till stranden strandpromenaden. Detta är ett utmärkt läge söder om Thomas Dr. Huset har fyra sovrum, två badrum, nytt stort kök, matplats, vardagsrum och skärm Florida rum med kylskåp över baksidan av huset har utsikt över privat pool med sex fot integritet staket. Den har en vacker professionellt anlagd trädgård med garage för två bilar och ytterligare parkering för ytterligare två bilar.

Det finns luftkonditionering och gratis WiFi. Det stora köket är nyrenoverat med nya apparater importerade italienska kakel på bänkskivor och kakel med äter i området, kohler handfat och inbyggd mikrovågsugn, kylskåp med vatten och is i dörren.

Sovrummen har en kung i ett, två full storlek sängar i ett, drottning i ett sovrum, Full i ett och två sovvagn soffor i vardagsrummet. Sova totalt 14 personer.

När de återvänder till stranden finns en utomhusdusch bekvämt beläget på den högra sidan av huset.

Denna fastighet är 3 min. till shopping, restauranger, golf och nöjesparker. Detta hus är perfekt för små till stora familjer eller dela kostnaderna mellan två mindre familjer eller vänner. Efter vistas här en gång kommer du vilja komma tillbaka år efter år. Vi är glada att ha många upprepade gäster.

Beach Side Paradise

Wonderful beach house. Immaculate and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds and great linens. The AC works great. The backyard and pool are amazing. Short walk to the beach and the covered parking is a plus. We will be back.

Great place to stay, very beautiful, and the house had everything we needed. Short little walk to the beach which was great and the owners were super nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay, so close to the beach

We had 8 in our group with 4 teens that loved the bunk room. The pool was great when we wanted to get out of the wind and sun. The beach was so close we could make a quick walk. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the week. No issues and no suggestions.

Perfect location

We loved this place and location. It exceeded our expectations and we do plan to stay here again. Easy walk to the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded since we were just far enough way from the main strip.

Amazing!

I stayed here with a few friends and we had an amazing time! The house is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location! We were less than 10 minutes from most restaurants and the walk to the beach was so fast! Would stay again!!!

Beach Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. The layout was perfect for a large group like our family. Access to the beach was approximately 60 yards and the beach itself was amazing. The backyard was a peaceful place to relax after a day at the beach and have a steak off the grill. Tom and Linda were awesome to work with.

Ocean Street Property

Everything was great with the property, from the managers to the property itself. It was a great experience. No complaints at all. Next time I use this property I will just make sure it doesn't fall on a bike rally week. OMG soo loud I had to wear earplugs to sleep at night!

Fall break

Wonderful home with an even better location!

We absolutely loved staying here! The home was beautiful as there some updates to the home and backyard. We loved the multiple spaces that our large group could hang out! The pool and the outdoor shower were some of our favorite parts. The house is so close to the beach, about a 30 second walk. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

Me and all my friends enjoyed our stay very much. If I had to critique one thing, some supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods were very limited. Overall, we had a blast!

Not what we expected

We were disappointed with our stay here. The bathrooms are small and need to be updated. There are sooo many rules on the property and in the house that we’re afraid to use anything. We had to buy our own toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towels. The owner of the property was very rude. She interrupted me multiple times while talking on the phone. I’m sure she’ll have some comment trying to explain herself as she does on all the negative reviews. Overall not a great experience for our family.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay! This location is everything. Pretty much 10-20 minutes from everything you want to do. Literally less than a minute walk from the most beautiful emerald beach with sugar sand! The house is clean and supplies most of the cooking items you need for your stay. Looks just like the pictures. In walking distance of some great local eating places. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to booking again. 28 minutes from the airport as well.

Lovely Thanksgiving Holiday

This was a great spot for our large family. The kitchen provided enough space and resources to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving meal. It was great being so close to the beach access. The beach in this area is beautiful. We loved the fact that our two dogs could join our family at this property. The sunroom and outdoor area was perfect for our young adult children to play games and enjoy each other’s company.

Nice size house and nice backyard

Very nice place to stay with our family and very convenient to the beach. Loved the back room going to the pool we stayed in there most of the time. We realized that the coffee machine was broken so we called Mr.Steve (property manager) and he brought a new iPod coffee machine the next morning it was great…. Very spacious we will be back definitely

Jill and Tammy are sisters and co-owners of Ocean Breeze. We bought in Panama City Beach as we plan to retire there. We grew up in Birmingham AL and went to Auburn University. Our careers have taken us to California and Maui at the present time, but we love Panama City Beach and we plan to return.

Varför värden valde detta boende

As kids and young adults our family always came to Panama City Beach to vacation. We have always loved the beautiful white sand beaches, the emerald water and the quaintness of PCB. We have both traveled extensively and we still think PCB has the best beaches of anywhere.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We bought our home for the one level, beautiful brick and large backyard. There is a beautiful pool and privacy fence, a large screened in Florida room for spending lots of time outside and playing games. We liked the location as it very close to the beach, but also very close to most of the activities that PCB has to offer.
