Cozy home with everything you need for your stay.

Our vacation was perfect with the rental we purchased on verbo. Our first impression was everything we wanted to do in Myrtle Beach was close by. The house was tucked away in a small neighborhood. It was quiet and private. The house was very well maintained and attractive. It was close to stores and Restaurants. Beds were comfortable the atmosphere was pleasing. The house has a small screened in patio and a fenced in back yard. The kitchen was modern and very clean. Everything you want in a vacation Rental.

PERFECT extended stay for work!

If you’re looking for somewhere for an extended stay, look no further!! My husband had a work assignment in the area that lasted over 2 months. This rental was FANTASTIC! The property itself is situated in a quiet neighborhood off the main road, so it is private while still being close to everything. The house itself was beautiful and well-appointed, unlike other rentals we never felt like we were missing crucial kitchenware since everything was included. The mattresses are excellent; my husband and I both have back and joint trouble, but we still got the most comfortable sleep while here (an important and often overlooked concern when choosing a location to live for an extended period)! The patio and yard with its gas grill and shady seating was perfect for meals outdoors. In all, the house met and exceeded every expectation and need. Sarah, our host, was delightful and incredibly attentive. She made herself readily available and easy to reach, while also giving us space and privacy. Her kindness and hospitality is unmatched! 10/10, definitely looking to stay here again for future assignments in the area.

The Perfect Vacation House

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Garden City and Sarah's place is in the perfect location. So close to the beach, stores, restaurants and all the beach has to offer. This little cottage is bigger than it looks and is impeccably decorated. The beds are super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. There is even a gas grille for your convenience. The fenced in yard is great especially nice if you have a child with you and the screened in porch is a wonderful place for relaxing. Overall, we couldn't have picked a better place, away from the noise of the beach, yet within 5 to 15 min of everything you could want to do.

LOCATION, LOCATION!

Fantastic single-family home/getaway cottage in a great, quiet neighborhood. We needed a place while we were having work done at our Charleston condo and this was perfect. Couldn't ask for better. We could grab a coffee at Starbucks and walk to the beach in ten minutes. What's not to love about that! The house is cute and nicely maintained with what appeared to be new upgrades/renovation to the kitchen/living/dining room and master bath. The owner was easy to reach and responded immediately. She must live nearby because she know the area well and had great recommendations for where to go for fun and good eats. I can highly recommend this property and we are already planning a return for a longer stay. Thanks to Sarah for taking care of us.

I know how important it is to choose the right property and have it accommodate specific timeframes and needs.
Therefore, There is a 24 hr. allotment of time, prior to booking, that allows you to share information and us communicate back and forth in a timely fashion.
I can accept the reservation at any time.

While waiting on a closing, to this house 8/2019; I had to shuffle between hotels/motels due to dates/availability/dog, 3wk's.

Most rentals I accept- fit this scenario.
I rarely book back to back weekly; due to wear and tear of turnovers and info. Allows time for upgrades, upkeep, cleaning.

This is an extremely convenient location- Garden City/Murrells Inlet.
