The Upper Deck - Panoramic views from the Beach to Bay

Experience the perfect beach vacation at the Upper Deck! 2-bed/2-bath condo at the dune crossing, where you can wave to your family on the beach from the deck. Enjoy a day at the beach and then hop over to Ropewalk, the Hobbit or Hooked for dinner.

Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and bay while sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with a cocktail on the private top deck. We take pride in ensuring our guests feel at home throughout their stay and strive to keep them coming back year after year.

Our location provides you with the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Enjoy the less crowded beaches of the midtown Ocean City, while still having easy access to all the exciting activities.

Key features of our condo include a king-size bed in the master bedroom with an en suite, one twin bed and one queen bed in the second bedroom, and a hall bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Our condo can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Convenience is at your fingertips with 2 reserved covered parking spots under the building, an on-site washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, plates, dishes, cups, kettle, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and much more.

We provide additional supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags.

***Please remember to bring your own linens for one queen, one twin, and one king bed, as well as bath and beach towels.

Parking notes: There is assigned parking for 2 cars in a partially covered space under the building, clearance is 6’ 8”. Both spaces are labeled with the unit. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. OC Beach Bus: $4 cash (effective May 1, 2023) Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning will take you to the boardwalk all the way to 145th street.

Self-check-in is available with a keypad, providing you with flexibility and privacy. Property damage protection is required, no smoking and no pets are allowed. Please note that you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo, and we do not advertise any properties on Craigslist or Facebook.

Great Location

It was the perfect place to stay. Can't beat the ocean view while eating breakfast out on the deck. Hosts were amazing! Would stay here again.

Perfect Beach Week!

From the start, Miriam was great with recommendations and answering questions about the property. Everything was SO clean and exactly as described. Location was perfect for the beach and after-dinner ice cream across the street. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked! AC was perfect, keeping the place a nice retreat after sunny beach days. Great box of beach toys and chairs as well. Could not recommend more!

Very happy with all accommodations. It is on 4th floor, so lots of stairs, but not much of a downside when you see the view.

Great beach views and can't wait to return.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved being able to see the ocean from the deck and the accomodations were great. The owners welcome package was so sweet and they provided us with some excellent recommendations in the area. We would happily stay here again.

Great Getaway

The place was very clean and we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from our deck and the beach access was great. The hosts were amazing and made sure to check in and ask if there is anything we needed. Looking forward to come back again!

So Wonderful!

We had such a wonderful week! Me, my husband and our one-year old daughter were so comfortable. Miriam and Scott were extremely communicative and even left a gift bag for us! The house is so close to the beach entry that nap time for our daughter was a breeze! We will definitely be back.

Great location right next to the beach, owners that care and communicate, clean accommodations

Miriam was very communicative from the start and lasted through our whole trip. It is very apparent they care a lot about cleanliness and we were comfortable with our small kids staying there. There are a lot of steps but the view from the top is worth it. Walk right onto the beach anytime you want. We will be back!

This is a great location for those not wanting to be ‘on the boardwalk’ just steps to the beach and can see both the ocean and the bay! The unit is large open and impeccably clean. The communication and welcome package was over the top. I highly recommend.

Would book again!

We recently booked a last minute getaway to the beach and landed here. I was nervous because the place didn’t have many reviews and was newly listed but it turned out to be a great trip. The location is perfect - it’s close to a bunch of our OC favorites like the Bayside Skillet where we went for breakfast! The views are probably the best feature of the condo and we took advantage with coffee on the deck in the morning. The location was stocked with the basics we needed which made things super easy. We took one car but having two parking spots will be key during busy summer months. The hosts were super attentive and easy to reach. It’s obvious they care about the property and want to make sure you have a great stay. Would totally book again!

The Upper Deck=Fabulousness

From the very beginning of attempting to book this property, Miriam was gracious and extremely helpful. Although we did not get a chance to take advantage of it, the condo was available for early check in. The parking space is perfectly located. Checking was effortless and the place is much bigger and beautiful than the pictures. My daughter enjoyed the beach toys and the chairs came in handy. The King size bed was amazingly comfortable. I thought I had the best pillows, but clearly Miriam found better ones and I intend on purchasing some for our home. Miriam responded to any inquiries immediately and was a pleasure to work with. This property is perfectly located and I highly recommend it for the entire family. We will definitely return. Thank you Miriam.

Good location

The property owners were very attentive and were immediately avail whenever I needed. We had a family of 6, 4 kids ranging from 3-15 yrs. I think it was just a little too small for 6, but would fit 4 comfortably. The only building downfall is there is no elevator, so you have to lug everything up 6 flights of steps to the 3rd floor. It is not wheelchair or stroller accessible either. Being up that high with my 3 yr old kept me on my toes but overall it was a great experience. As far as the condo, the master bedroom is a good size with a king bed, the bathroom is really small. The 2nd bedroom is a little small because of the way the beds are positioned but if kids are staying in there, it works. There is a pull out couch that's not listed, so technically it sleeps 7, but like I said 4 is comfortable in my opinion unless you don't plan to spend much time there. The owner provides ample toilet paper and paper towels, so all you need is your linens. I would definitely rent again. The owners were exceptional! Thank you again!

Beautiful view

The best part of this property is the view & cleanliness of the condo. Our only complaint is the showers. The master bathroom is so tiny that you cannot comfortably shower- also, the water is either piping hot or freezing cold. It is difficult to find the right temperature & both showers cannot be running at the same time as it makes this issue much worse.Other than that, we loved the stay here. The condo is fully stocked with items you may need (Ziploc bags, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, nice washer & dryer, extra TP). The owners are very responsive & friendly. They even left a bag of beach goodies for our kids which was so thoughtful. Our kids also loved playing the bananagram game! If you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. You have to climb 6 flights of stairs to get there. If you don't have any issues with this then the climb is worth the view!

The rental was as listed. It was clean and owner was quick to respond to any questions. The deck has a great view of the ocean and you can see the bay. Easy access to walk on the beach as well.

Beachfront stay

Scott and Miriam went above and beyond for us! They left a gift basket for us and the house was incredibly clean. With two bedrooms and two baths we were all comfortable. Would love to stay here again next year!

Convenient location on the beach. Well appointed condo with comfortable beds. Nicely equipped kitchen. Best of all great view of ocean from front deck and rear deck with view of bay. Nice covered parking too. Would definitely stay here again

As frequent users of VRBO, we've had a lot of positive experiences with the platform (though we know they can't all be amazing). We know the feeling of arriving after a long day of traveling and realizing you forgot some essential, so we've made sure to provide amenities such as laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. When I stepped onto the top deck of this condo, the unparalleled view made me want to grab a cocktail, sit and relax. The beach in midtown tends to be less crowded than the downtown area, making it a great spot for families and those looking for a more laid-back beach experience. Overall, midtown Ocean City is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the action but also have a peaceful retreat to come back to.
