- Maximum occupancy is 4 persons, including children. An "occupant" is anyone who remains in the property between 11 pm and 7 am.

- No events, parties, or gatherings

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

Your safety matters: This property features a Ring video doorbell at the front door, facing out toward the exterior hallway. It records sound and video when motion is detected. The property also features a camera on the outer wall of the balcony, facing the beach. This camera is only activated on demand to monitor weather conditions so that guests can be asked to close door and windows if needed.
