Located in the prestigious gated community of Cabo Bello, it is like staying in your own, personal 6 star resort! Casa La Roca is absolutely stunning and only a short 10 minute drive from all the downtown fun. Cabo Bello has a beautiful beach, only accessible via the gated security entrance. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, blazing fast wi-fi & an open concept patio so you can watch the sunset after a long day at the beach.
The space
*Even though this is a new listing, we are not new to hospitality. With over 2000 reviews since inception, with over 90% being a full 5 star, always maintaining superhost status on all 70 properties that we manage. We truly care for you as a guest and committed to ensure you have the best possible stay during your vacation/getaway. We are a small family business and truly cherish the opportunity to host you!
The home is spacious and tranquil featuring 6 Bedrooms with 11 beds, and 4.5 bathrooms with a private pool, hot tub (additional charge) beautiful bar. Built in BBQ & outdoor dining area, plus stunning views of the Sea Of Cortez/ Cabo Arches and spectacular sunsets from our rooftop patio. The outdoor spaces are luxurious.
The interior features a large open floor plan that brings in tons of natural light. You can enjoy panoramic views from almost every window inside the home, from the ocean to lands end, you wont be disappointed. There is a large sunroom off of the master bedroom that can be more secluded by closing the sliding doors. If you have to work on vacation, this is definitely the place to do it. This room features a versatile that can fix your needs by sitting or standing, a desk chair, printer & two monitors.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isnât. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
*The spa jets are not functioning at this time, weâre working diligently to get this issue fixed immediately. The spa will still reach the proper temperature however the jets are not operating. Thank you for your understanding.*
PETS:
We are pet-friendly. Prior pet approval is required. Please reach out. Pet deposit is $200, $50 goes towards pet's stay for the first pet, $25 thereafter. The rest of the deposit is refunded assuming there are no damages upon check out. Thank you.

SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK (âWaiver & Releaseâ) In utilizing the swimming pool amenities (âpoolâ), you Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver, And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees And licensees (collectively, âPool Area Usersâ) might Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities Connected with and associated with the pool. I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool (âPool Rulesâ). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, âlandlordâ) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Usersâ Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneysâ fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Usersâ use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Usersâ use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Great location, as it is across the street from Fresco grocery store and about 10 mins to downtown and 15 mins to Medano beach. It is also a safe and gated neighborhood. The only private, swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas. From rooftop patio and sun room where office is located, you can enjoy ocean views and the views of Lands End.
