The property offers ultimate privacy, you will enter your own resort with Mountain View’s all around. The large pool and spa sit in the front of the home which is perfect for full sun throughout the day and sunsets in the evening while BBQ'ing your favorite meal. After a long day of shopping, golfing, or enjoying your favorite activity, relax your body and star gaze at night in a hot jetted spa.

Lots of large windows throughout and natural sunlight beams through the skylights all around.

The kitchen is meant for those who love to cook, equipped with a  double oven, microwave, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators. Enjoy the coffee station equipped with 2  Nespresso machines and a Keurig. Don't worry, we'll start you off with a few of our favorite coffee pods and K-cups.

The floor plan offers lots of areas for conversation and entertaining.  The sunken-in living room and bar is where you can enjoy entertaining your family and friends on the oversized couch while enjoying your favorite cocktail. The den has a sofa sleeper and private bathroom.

"Shangri- LA" offers a master suite with a bathroom fit for a king and queen, a large walk-in shower, jetted tug, large vanities, and a ceiling that you'll feel like your in a vegas casino.  Additional guest bedrooms offer private sliders and bathrooms. 

The best part is the Location!!! You are a very short drive to the Rodeo Drive of the Desert- El Paseo. You have tons of restaurants, shops, spas, art galleries, and so much just a few blocks away. The Living Zoo, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and much more are all just a short drive away also.

Included: 6 guest including children and infants, Post Cleaning FEE. Property FEE: Spa Heat, WIFI, Linens,Towels, Reasonable Utilities, etc
Not Included: Pool Heat (82-84 max degrees) during cooler months and AC for warmer months, additional monies will be required.

Home Sleeps 6 guests including children in your "Nightly Rate" but can accommodate up to 8 guests including children with an additional fee. This fee will include a use of sofa bed or air mattress, linens, towels, and extra cleaning. Air Mattress is NOT included unless paid for.

Early Check-In or Late Check-Out- we can NOT accommodate any last-minute late check out's or in's unless paid for in advance.

We try to ensure our homes are presented in the most best form, and with this the cleaners know they have till 4pm on arrival day to get home ready. Homes could get any last min bookings so our time frames are "set" unless paid for.

So if you are considering a either a late check out(5pm) or early check in (10am), please arrange this promptly. The cost is 1/2 a nightly plus fees, taxes and processing. 

All Festival Bookings will require a larger refundable damage deposit due within 48hrs of booking, this is mandatory and has no exceptions.
