Welcome to Edgewater 810, located in Tower One! This is the way visiting the beach should be. Sit back and relax in this beautifully decorated and designed condo with plenty of southern charm. You won't ever want to leave this amazing two bedroom and two bathroom condo with beautiful floor to ceiling views of the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and some of the best sunsets you will find anywhere.
This 8th floor condo sleeps up to eight guests and it features two full baths. The gulf-facing spacious master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath as well as a seating area to take in the gorgeous views. In the second bedroom, you'll find two queen beds and a flat-screen TV, this bedroom is connected to the second full bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combo

If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether its for dinner or for family game night, there is a huge dining room table and bar seating, which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, over/stove top and dishwasher.

Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including FireFly, Dee’s Hangout, among others located within walking distance.

For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer and Free WiF. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach.

Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities.

Very comfortable

Gorgeous and Comfortable

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! From the gorgeous views off the balcony to the incredibly comfortable beds, we couldn’t recommend this property more. Our kids loved all of the resort’s amenities and my husband and I felt very impressed with the staff on site by the pool, the beach, and the restaurant :)

Relaxing Family Condo

We came to Edgewater for a conference and found this unit to be just perfect. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The views are stunning, the decor is fresh and the AC works great. Easy management to work with. We would def stay again!

Excellent!

Wow! We loved this condo! The view is beautiful and the property is exceptional. The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Comfy and cozy. Outdoor furniture on the balcony was perfect for conversation and coffee! Everything was so clean and it was an easy check in and checkout. Would absolutely rent this condo again and recommend to friends.

Summer Vacay

The condo itself was great - no complaints. However the pool has so many rules such as no noodles, no beachballs, etc we didn’t even get to use it. Thank goodness the beach was awesome! Last two days couldn’t sit outside on the balcony because of all the pot smokers - nothing anyone can control but still an issue.

Beautiful condo, amazing resort!

This condo is absolute perfection. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. It has an amazing view from the balcony of the pool and beach. It was very clean. The resort itself was exactly what we needed. We were two best friends on a girls vacation and never had to leave the resort, except to buy a few groceries. We had everything we needed right there. The restaurant was delicious and the pool area was very well cared for and always clean. We hope to return sometime. Don’t hesitate to book with Kelly and Farah. They are very responsive to questions and anything you need before and during your stay. I highly recommend!

Excellent accommodations!

Super happy we chose this condo for our vacation. Well appointed, with lots of thoughtful touches. Everything was very comfortable- from the beds to the cozy living room and the beautiful deck with the awesome high top chairs! And you can’t beat the view, we loved watching the dolphins swim every morning while drinking out coffee!

Comfortable and spacious condo

We enjoyed staying at this cozy and comfortable condo. It was clean, updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the landlord was great and they were very kind. We loved the resort amenities (gated parking, pools, hot tubs, loved the restaurant)! We would love to be able to stay there again in the future. Highly recommended!

Very nice place right on the water

We stayed here for Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast with two children between 3-6 and 4 adults. Plenty of space for everyone. Condo is very nice with new appliances, modern decor, blackout curtains, and great views. Would definitely stay here again.

Very well kept condo and clean!

Very pleased with our stay. I was skeptical bc of the poor overall reviews for the resort. The condo has a new owner who totally redid everything very nicely! It was lovely, had everything we needed, and was in great shape. There is not one thing I was unhappy with. We will be visiting this place again!

Amazing - Just book it!

Stayed here in March 2023 for spring break with two teenagers. The place was just like the photos - Amazing! You will not be disappointed! Everyone enjoyed the view and high chairs on the deck! Owner got it spot on with all the little extras - There were plenty of outlets for all our devices, nice coffee maker, plenty of storage for bags etc. The two chairs in the master bedroom were a favorite! I was worried about the pool noise at night because we were so close to the pool but it was not an issue for us. The kids liked hanging out in the hot tub so it worked out being right there. Farah was very nice to work with at Emerald Coast - We had an issue with the ice maker and she was on it right away with the owner!
