Vi äger också en 1 sovrum, oceanfront lägenhet vid Edgewater, även i Tower 3. Vänligen gå till min vrbo notering nummer 571.537 för att se denna lägenhet.

Våra två sovrum, två badrum, deluxe lägenhet ligger i Tower 3 direkt på havet med golv till tak fönster i vardagsrummet och matsalen för en spektakulär panoramautsikt över smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen.

Vår nyrenoverade två sovrum, två badrum Ocean Front lägenhet ligger i Tower III med privat balkong med utsikt över smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen.

I vardagsrummet har fönster som vetter mot havet med en stor LCD-TV med kabel / HBO, Blue Ray DVD-spelare, AM / FM stereo / CD-spelare och bärbara telefon från golv till tak. Matsalen, även med fönster från golv till tak som vetter mot havet, plats för sex med en bardisk med plats för ytterligare tre.

Det stora sovrummet har en 32 tums platt-TV med kabel / HBO, Blue Ray DVD-spelare, telefon, klockradio och badrum med stor duschkabin. Gästen Sovrummet har två full-size sängar, 32 "platt-TV med kabel / HBO, klockradio och tillgång till det andra hela badet.

Köket har totalrenoverats och är fullt utrustad med allt du behöver för att förbereda en gourmetmåltid eller en enkel fika, eller så kan du äta på en av de tre på plats restauranger (Oceans Restaurant, Bimini Sand Bar Café, eller vår egen Pizza Hut). Du kan plocka upp en kopp Starbucks kaffe på edgie s, som även serverar glass, Krispy Cream munkar och danska.

På plats hyror för parasailing, jet-ski, banan båtturer, solstolar och parasoller.

Condo har full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Alla sängkläder tillhandahålls, förutom strandhanddukar.

This is a great spot at PCB. The beach is not overly packed and just close enough to the main PCB area for dining and entertainment. We love our stay. We are repeat customers.

Great Beach Front Condo

We had a very pleasant stay at Carol’s condo at Edgewater. The condo was clean and well furnished. The resort is very nice - on the beach with lots of pools and close to restaurants and activities.

This condo was amazing inside and out. The view from the balcony is awesome, great view off the gulf and sunsets. Inside you'll find anything and everything you'll need while staying. Dinnerware, cookware, blinders you make it. The counters are too die for. Now let's talk about the beds, some of the best sleep I've had in some time. They're not to firm yet not to soft, they're just right. More onto the host, she is amazing as well. Great communication, there for you if you need her. And if you have any questions, don't worry, she's got you. Even if you're forgetful like me, don't be afraid, she's got you lol. Overall, if I could give a 10 star review, this condo and host would receive it.

Amazing Location on Panama City Beach FL

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The beach view is amazing, and the location is central to all the "things" in PCB. We appreciated how clean the condo was and having the ability to just relax during our stay. Easy peasy! We would recommend it to others and will stay in touch with the condo owner, who was wonderful to work with!

Amazing

We loved the location of this condo. This time of year was great too. We didn't have to wait at restaurants. We met some very nice people. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing time. The owner of the property was amazing.

review of property

Love the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room for a spectacular view of the gulf of Mexico. The Kitchen has all the pot and pan(all clean) needed to cook and other spices etc. Love the Security . Love the balcony to look out and large enough for all to enjoy The only things I did not like was no toilet paper. I think there was 2 pieces on each toilet paper in each bedroom and no spare. I did leave toilet paper for the next person . Also by the pictures on the ad shows the master bedroom had a window to look out to the ocean. The master bedroom window face the outside toward the road and had a spotlight that beam into the master room that keep me awake. I suggest a blacken curtain to block out the light.Also if you could let people know that the outlets must have the light flip on to work. The owner was very nice and assisted when we had issues .

The unit was in great condition. Communication with the owner was superb, they communicated from the day of booking to the day of check out. The responded quickly to questions. The resort is clean. Denise at the bar was super friendly.

What a great experience... we received a text from the owner the morning of our arrival stating the condo was ready early and could arrive once we got there (first time this has ever happened). Condo was real clean and stocked with everything you'll need while there. Would definitely rent again.

All you need

This condo has everything you need for a stay. We were there for a sport nationals even for our kids. Has everything in it that you will need and super easy to communicate with the owner. Would book again.

It was a nice condo

The condo was clean. It had a well stocked kitchen. The unit had a nice layout and we liked having the large island to make our items easily accessible. We love the Edgewater resort.

Very Clean and Comfortable

My family comes to PCB at least twice a year and we have stayed in some condos that claim to be clean; I always end up cleaning and rewashing all linens. It was WONDERFUL TO ARRIVE TO A CLEAN CONDO!! Very clean and comfortable! Booking was easy, clear and concise directions for arrival and departure, and the owner is very professional and replies quickly. Look no further…. You found the best condo! Also, parking is a dream at Edge Water and since there are multiple towers there are no elevator wait lines. Easy walk straight to the beach, 24/7 security and surveillance which kept out the riff raff. All staff was friendly and helpful. We won’t stay anywhere else!

Our family has enjoyed many trips to Edgewater over the past 32 years. Our four children are all grown up, three of them married, and we now have four beautiful granddaughters. We have all spent time at the condo and have wonderful memories we will cherish forever.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We were born and raised in New England (Massachusetts) and wanted to have a vacation home in a warmer climate. Once we saw Edgewater Beach Resort we knew we had found it. The temperature during the winter in MA (we live in the mountains on a lake) can hit 20 below zero at times. Panama City Beach, FL temperatures are considerably warmer in the winter (50 to 80 degrees).

Edgewater is a full service resort with restaurants, health spa, gym, golf course, tennis, pickle ball courts, and much more. The pools are great (Tower 2 and 3 pools are heated from mid October to mid April), and the Lagoon Pool is one of the largest pools in Panama City Beach with palm trees. tropical plants, water fall and splash pad for children.
