This is a great condo. All that you would expect for a top owner and more. Great ammenities, great access to North Conway and Mt. Washington. Ifyou are coming this way, this is a great place to stay

Amazing!

This space was perfect for our family of 4 with two small kids (ages 1 and 3). Spectacular views, lots of space, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy checkin and checkout. Would 100% stay here again in the future!

Great Place to Stay!

Roomy, well stocked kitchen, great location with views. We needed grab bars for the showers and better operating instructions for the pellet stove. None of us ever uses one before. We tried to light it.

Perfect for a little getaway

Nice area, secluded but very close to town and restaurants. Very nice and spacious with beautiful views. If I ever get to visit this area again. I will be sure to stay here again.

Home away from home!

The condo had everything we needed! We loved the deck and back yard area. Very close to Story Land, about an hour from Santa's Village. Red Parka Pub is right down the street and that is one of our favorites. Perfect location without being in the center of the traffic chaos.

Nice little place

Great place to stay. Very nice view and very quiet. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was a great space. Only negative were the beds. The king was too soft and caving in and the queen was hard as a rock. Otherwise, no complaints.

Great vacation home!

We loved staying here for our long weekend in July. The home was inviting and well-equipped. My kids particularly loved the bunk beds! Another wonderful feature is the view for the back deck. Beautiful! The location is great- so close to Story Land and other kid-friendly attractions. Thanks for a great few days!

Fantastic view on the mountains!

Well located . Spacious condo, perfect for 6 adults. Quiet area. Surprise when we got in as the cleaning crew did not show up before our arrival. Our host took care of it and everything was fixed the following morning. Great stay.

Lovely mountain getaway!

This condo was ideal for our needs. It is well stocked with all a family would need to feel at home after a busy day in the Valley. The wood flooring throughout the unit made for easier mobility for my Dad, who uses a walker. The view from the living room and back deck is simply beautiful.

Functional / Affordable / Close to all Mt. Washington attractions

This condo was very functional for a multi-generational family vacation. Lots of space, nice layout, very straight forward policies. Condo has a great view of mountains and property is nice with pool and walking trials. Only 25 minutes from Mt. Washington. The only downside was the beds - a bit hard. I would highly recommend.

Continues to impress

I absolutely love this property. I have stayed here before in October of 2020 and would love to continue to come. Kim is such an great host, she was able to work with me multiple times with having to rebook a booking I had for 2021 to have to change it twice due to being deployed with the military 2 years in a row. She was extremely nice in allowing me to rebook and working with me on everything. This was the first time I have stayed in NH around the Holidays and it was great. There was a fantastic pellet stove that kept it nice and warm and cozy and everything enjoyed the trip. Thank you Kim!

As Advertised

This property is exactly as advertised. "Million $ views! " Its a beautiful Mountain view out of the glass sliders. Condo was perfect for my sister and I who went to relax and do a little shopping. We had a few questions for Jim & Kim. They responded quickly. Even checked with us a little later during our stay to be sure everything was good!! Would definitely recommend it and would go back again.

Perfect for our quick getaway

This location was perfect for our trip and the views just made it better! We did a day of hiking and exploring the White Mountains and this proved to be a good central location. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were comfortable. If I had to give a negative, it would be the upstair neighbors. We could hear them talking and hear their tv late into the night. Communication with Kim was excellent. We had a couple question upon our rather late arrival, and she was very quick to respond!

Wonderful condo, better view!!!

My wife and I had a great time at Kim's condo during our stay there on the last weekend of September. Her place is plenty big for several people, as there are 3 bedrooms, including bunk beds in one of them. Her unit has a washer and dryer, which was very convenient after living out of hotels for the previous days. Information was included on restaurants and sites to see around this area and it's an fairly easy drive through N. Conway's traffic to get to shops, attraction and hikes in the Jackson/Bartlett area. The best thing about the condo was the view out the back. The colors were starting to turn but the view would be fantastic anytime of year. Really enjoyed our stay. You won't be disappointed!

Nice view

A little disappointed about lack of supplies. No pellets for the wood stove that we were asked to use rather than the heater. Also no dish soap in the kitchen and the tv remote batteries were dead. Otherwise it was perfect!
