Guest Identification Please provide valid ID for all guests staying at the property. This helps us ensure a safe and secure experience for everyone. Cleaning Policy for Long-Term Stays For guests staying 14+ nights, the first cleaning fee of $250 is included in your booking and covers the first two weeks. After that, additional cleanings are required every two weeks and will be invoiced through the Airbnb Resolution Center at $250 each. If you prefer to have all cleaning done at the end of your stay (for stays of one month or more), a flat-rate final cleaning fee of $600 will apply.
