Brand new hot tub! Kick back and relax in this quiet and stylish space in a prime North Phoenix location. Four bedrooms with plenty of room for all to enjoy the home. Beautiful back yard with a resort like feel and plenty of gathering areas. . Take a dip in the heated pool or sit around the fire pit with family and friends. Home has been completely remodeled and tastefully furnished to create an at home feel. Just minutes from Scottsdale and Desert Ridge. A Great place to come and make vacation memories!
The space
This newly renovated 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is centrally located minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Master bedroom has King sized bed and desk area for the business traveler with private attached bathroom / dual vanity. Additional bedrooms have King sized bed, Queen bed, and Futon Sleeper. Guest bathroom has dual sink vanity with shower/tub combo. Bedroom with King sized bed has private half bathroom for privacy and desk work area as well. Washer and dryer located in the home if you need to do any washing while on vacation.
Beautiful back yard with grass area for the kids to play, heated pool, hammock, patio furniture with lounge chairs next to the pool for you to lay out and catch an Arizona tan. Fire pit and BBQ area also in your private back yard.
Guest access
Guests have the entire home to themselves.
Other things to note
Pool heating is $75 per day or $350 per week but must be requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival for time to heat up. Applies to Months October-April.
Must be 25 years of age to rent home.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard
NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.
Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance
If traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify Management.
No smoking in home at any time
